I expected some catfish strips, but they had full bone in catfish, the way it was meant to be served! I stopped by this amazing Mexican food truck and was blown away by the steak quesadillas! They were cooked to perfection, with tender and juicy steak inside a crispy tortilla. But what really took it to the next level was the green salsa - WOW! It added a fresh, tangy, and slightly spicy kick that complemented the steak perfectly.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but one bite and I was hooked! The combination of the savory steak and the zesty green salsa was absolute magic. I couldn't get enough! The flavors were so well balanced and rich, it was like a party in my mouth.

The owners clearly know what they're doing, and their passion for Mexican cuisine shines through in every bite. The quality of the ingredients, the care in preparation, and the love in every bite are all top-notch.

If you're a quesadilla lover like me, or just looking for an amazing meal, do yourself a favor and get to this food truck ASAP! Order the steak quesadillas with green salsa, and thank me later. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten if I could!

“Most of the menu looks great. The chicken was top notch. The southern catfish was okay. The shrimp was great (but it was popcorn, which was a pleasant surprise). Stuffed mushrooms, great. Chicken fried steak was awesome.

The portions are massive. The French fries are some of the best I've had.

“What an amazing dining experience!! We had a party of 7 and our waitress was just phenomenal. She was on top of everything throughout the meal. And such a relaxed atmosphere with high end food. To say the food was excellent is an understatement. The flavors were impeccable and everything went together perfectly. From appetizers, salads, soup, main course and dessert- each bit was melt in your mouth deliciousness. And their drink menu is perfect for anyone's taste. “Tried a new Mexican restaurant in omaha. Was a good experience. The atmosphere was very nice. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and was not busy. They are very generous with the chips and salsa and offer a very good cheese dip. The menu had a lot to offer and the portions were big. Most of our party took at least half of our meal home. The prices were reasonable for the portion size. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our server was very attentive and refilled our drinks often. Overall a good experience and would come back. If you are in west omaha and are looking for a meal, this is worth the try.“

“This is my favorite Chinese restaurant! It's totally authentic and man, is there food good! It's in a really accessible location to, in the mini plaza on 108th and Maple! And a lot of times you can just park right by their front door. My favorite meal here to get, is the almond chicken. I absolutely love the flavor because it's just so sweet and a little bit tangy too, it's so good! And for me sometimes I'll ask them if they can add just a little more sauce, because I like to have extra sauce in my almond chicken and they'll do that for me! But it's not like you need extra sauce because it's full of flavor and there's always enough sauce I just like a little bit extra. But I'm telling you that because they go out of their way to make everybody's meal delicious. And I always order on the phone and then go pick it up and it's ready when I get there and I don't have to wait. Well I guess there was a couple times I just went in there and sat down and waited for just a little bit too. so you can just walk in and order too! I love their location and they are the most reasonably priced of any Chinese food restaurant I've ever been to. And trust me, you get a lot of food! I usually go there for lunch but occasionally I'll stop in and get the supper meal which is bigger. They have soda to that you can get with your order and they have lots of different styles of Chinese food to choose from. I hope you try out this Chinese restaurant, China One, because I have been to a lot of Chinese restaurants in omaha, and this one is by far the best! And I don't know but I bet you'll think that too!“

“We had our rehearsal dinner at Jams Old Market in downtown Omaha. We were able to rent the Loft 204 upstairs for our event. My husband and I loved the venue from the very beginning! The exposed brick walls, the privacy for our event, and the ability to see where we got engaged were all big aspects we were looking for! The bartender was amazing. The food was even better! It truly felt like a dream come true from the moment we walked through the door. Jams was accommodating for our littles and provide our family with a delicious meal the night before our wedding day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a private and intimate venue and wants their loved ones to feel like royalty!“

“My family and I had dinner here 2/11/2023 and the food was AMAZING. The entire restaurant is clean, very neat and orderly. The waiter kept our glasses filled with fresh water, and took the dirty plates quickly. This is for us, one of the BEST Chinese buffets in Omaha. The salad bar was fantastic, FRESH, everything. They offered so many classic dishes, and some new ones. The baked Salmon was so tender and tasty. We will be coming back, thank you very much.“

The sauce was supposed to be in the side and they put it on the shrimp so the batter was soggy. I specifically asked for fried and sauce on the side. I had mentioned I wasn't interested in anything spicy. They remembered that. Was great at bringing the specific meat i was interested in. The salad table always looks great. I did splurge for a special occasion and the dessert presentation was detailed. My plate stayed full as I requested meats. The gentlemen were great staying attentive of my stop/go card. It was a slow beginning of the evening and one of my biggest pet peeves is waiters chatting loudly, gossiping while guests can hear the gossip. I was right next to the waiters stand and they were so quiet to chat. Which I feel is extremely respective. I had a wonderful time.“

“Friendly staff and great Martini’s. I think people get sticker shock seeing the martini price but you get the shaker which pours pretty much two martini’s and they are very strong. You get your money’s worth. I have been going to Charlie’s since it opened and the new owner has bought it back to its glory days. Make a dinner out of their amazing appetizers or order a traditional Charlie’s lunch or dinner. Trust me you can’t go wrong here. If you have an issue they will fix it.“
