My son and I ran to get some food for everyone (12 orders) and the staff was amazing! They had all of our food ready and flawless. I LOVE their biscuits - so soft and fluffy, and the sausage patties have a little spice- much better than most fast food.“

“I grew up in Omaha and look forward to having a Runza when I'm in town. Way more salty than I remember, but still delicious. The French fries are always good, too. Definitely not health food, but makes a nice nostalgic treat.

“Super nice and polite staff. Order the number one at about 5:30 Thursday night. Order a number one with onion rings . Everything tasted great and onion rings were cooked to perfection. The guy on the cashier was super nice and offer my dogs a little cup of ice cream for each of them. They told me in their own way that they loved them.

“All I can say is what are you thinking with getting rid of potato cakes? Every restaurant has fries. I got a sandwich & then drove to Sonic for tator tots. Arby's you got the meats but no tator cakes. Big mistake!“

I could have a chicken shawarma burger everyday for the rest of my life and be set, but it’s always better to come in person and say hello. Very friendly and definitely a staple of the neighborhood. “Little King just like when I was a kid. Besides the lady at the counter who was just loud - it was just right. Always order Deli ham & Swiss, macaroni salad, chips, and drink.The bread was soft and fresh, good amount of meat and cheese, even the tomatoes weren’t unripe garbage! Employees were efficient keeping the line moving. Now we just need a LK in Lincoln.“

The Coney Island QtrLb Hotdog was a real disappointment it should have been advertised as a footlong Chili dog. It was cold and sloppy. The Chicken Club was sub-par. My son likes the fries and the blue raspberry slushie ALOT. Overall, the staff did their best in serving and follow up ranch service. Not the level of food quality that I remember.“

“I eat at McDonald's most mornings. I have been trying to get McDonald's to fix their app for almost a year so I can order a Bacon, egg, & cheese bagel sub Canadian Bacon. I have found a way around the issue but I have to pay more for my sandwich. I find it worth it because ordering it is usually a hassle and is wrong some of the time. The wonderful woman at the window handed me my bag, frowned, and said, "Are you not able to sub Canadian Bacon in the app? You were way overcharged ordering it that way " I smiled and said. "Thank you for noticing." She promised she would bring it up with her management. She had no idea that she made my day just recognizing the issue because everyone else (including McDonald's corporate) has ignored my issue. (I filled out a survey every day for two months) So they made it that you can only fill out 5 surveys. LOL! Thank you for brightening one morning.“

“So, I had to travel for a horrible company I worked for. I was so stressed out and locked my keys in the car at the gas station across the parkinglot. I went inside and they couldn't help (nor offer anything to help me). Same for the crappy motel there. I went in McDonald's and sat down, stressed and defeated but someone asked of I was ok. I said, yes...then no. Then explained. They had a maintenance mam from McDonald's (or the franchise) and he told me..."when im done, ill help you out." Between thr manager and that guy, restored my faith in humanity as it was freezing out, I needed gas AND I was now late to the job (that I took this as my final que to quit). He helped, didn't judge me. He was so patient in giving me instructions to assist him assisting me. Ill never forget this experience.
