“Literally a top 5 fast food restaurant of all time. Their hot dogs are elite, the fries are perfection, not to mention their fantastic milkshakes. I love the food there, employees are amazing and it’s just a fantastic vibe in there. Strongly recommend if your parents are exhausted and just wanna do takeout. 100/10“

“My wife and I have eaten here many times....But the problem is on Saturday March 21,2026 at about 12:30 We asked to use the restroom and the big lady with the tattoo on her neck told me that I had to buy something first, I was king of shocked....So I bought a small drink and said I don't want it and what's the code,To be Honest with you this is SCANDALOUS ....IS THIS THE POLICY OF DQ.....OR IS THIS HER SHAKEDOWN OF CUSTOMERS WHO ARE LOYAL TO DQ.....“

“I’ve never been to a Raising Canes before, but I must commend you on not only how delicious your chicken fingers are but also how wonderful your employees are.
Especially a young man at the register today ( September 16th around 3:30pm). I think his name was Andras ( or Andre). What a terrific young man. We had to have him verify your fry oil for my sister who has a very dangerous allergy to some cooking oils. We had to check a couple of different things. He never got short tempered with our request and went out of his way to make sure we got all the answers we needed. Please let him know how positively he is thought of and how very much he is appreciated. You are very fortunate to have an employee such as him.

“Autumn at this location was amazing. She was doing a wonderful job running the store practically by herself. Even with the computers freezing and the other employees messing up orders. She pulled through and was polite, kind, and still able to get out orders in a timely fashion.
She deserves a raise. She gets 5 stars.“

Food tastes good and no complaint about service but did get food poisoning a few hours later. I don’t eat out often (once every few months) so it might be I don’t tolerate fast food well but hopefully the management will be aware of this and check their stock to be safe“

“I have ordered from this particular Papa John’s for years and consistently gotten great pizza! There was only one time that for some reason the pepperoni was put underneath the cheese. Other than the pepperoni wasn’t crispy the pizza was still good. I love the Papa John’s pizza it’s been great across all the Papa John’s I have visited“

“Great service, I went in and asked for an ice cream cone, waited four or five minutes, and someone then asked me if I was waiting for something. Well, I was waiting for my ice cream cone. She then asked how long I was waiting for, and then asked if I wanted another cone, I took it with pleasure. I then saw a man struggling with the E-Kiosk and I said “alright let me get you something”. then we ended up eating something together, and I gave him the extra cone I had. Overall great service, burger was sloppy had only one bun (they made me a new one that was better), one thing I didn’t like was the wait for one ice cream cone. Shoutout to the guy I ate with named Steve.

Wheelchair accessibility: many tables were wheelchair accessible. no stairs. ramp for going inside. accessible bathrooms. E-Kiosk is tall but has nav buttons within reach of customer.“

“Out of the two locations in concord. This is the only one i go to. Always clean, the board is always cleaned off prior to my sub being placed on so it’s never cross contaminated. I came in last night and wanted to shout out one of the staff members. I did not get his name, but he had a cross tattoo on his face. He promptly took our order, he was consistently keeping himself busy and was super polite. He is a team leader and role model. The other two fellows were nice but they did seem a bit out of it and it felt like the one guy was keeping charge of everything and guiding them.“

“Best subway experience I've had in a long time guy working the counter had me laughing basically from the second I walked in until after I had paid, he made a great sandwich too and the customer service was top notch. The young lady working with him was also doing a great job handling prep work and online orders. I'll be back to this subway from now on when I'm in the area.“

Been going to this location regularly for about a month and I've never been served too small a portion of anything.
Costs the same as any other Chipotle, don't understand the bad reviews regarding prices being too high.
Definitely prefer this location to the Loudon Rd. Chipotle. Even during busy hours I've never had to wait very long at all.“

“A few months ago, I came into this Jersey Mike’s to order a kids meal and asked if I could substitute the bottled water for a fountain drink in a kids cup, which every other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to has done without any issue. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the employee helping me, Gavin, raised his voice at me, yelled that I “didn’t know what I was talking about,” and insisted they had never done that before. The interaction was so unpleasant that I avoided this location for the next 3–4 months and drove to another Jersey Mike’s instead.

I recently came back because this location was much more convenient, and I had a completely different experience. The woman with the colorful curly hair was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She even explained to the employees that, yes, the substitution could be done. It was validating to know I hadn’t been mistaken all along.

On top of that, I watched her handle a huge rush of customers. She stayed calm, worked quickly, treated everyone with kindness, and kept everything moving efficiently. She is exactly the kind of employee every business hopes to have and truly deserves recognition and a raise.

I hope management recognizes the difference one great employee can make. She completely turned my opinion of this location around.“
