Food tastes good and no complaint about service but did get food poisoning a few hours later. I don’t eat out often (once every few months) so it might be I don’t tolerate fast food well but hopefully the management will be aware of this and check their stock to be safe“

“Out of the two locations in concord. This is the only one i go to. Always clean, the board is always cleaned off prior to my sub being placed on so it’s never cross contaminated. I came in last night and wanted to shout out one of the staff members. I did not get his name, but he had a cross tattoo on his face. He promptly took our order, he was consistently keeping himself busy and was super polite. He is a team leader and role model. The other two fellows were nice but they did seem a bit out of it and it felt like the one guy was keeping charge of everything and guiding them.“

“I have ordered from this particular Papa John’s for years and consistently gotten great pizza! There was only one time that for some reason the pepperoni was put underneath the cheese. Other than the pepperoni wasn’t crispy the pizza was still good. I love the Papa John’s pizza it’s been great across all the Papa John’s I have visited“

“Best subway experience I've had in a long time guy working the counter had me laughing basically from the second I walked in until after I had paid, he made a great sandwich too and the customer service was top notch. The young lady working with him was also doing a great job handling prep work and online orders. I'll be back to this subway from now on when I'm in the area.“
