“I visited UNOs in Tilton, NH and had a wonderful experience! My server was named Karissa, and she was incredible. Friendly, helpful, and was reliable. She was able to address my dietary restriction and help me find a menu item that was safe for me. I am gluten-free so sometimes eating at restaurants makes me nervous because I can’t always be sure my meal will not be contaminated. Karissa was able to guide me through the menu to find an option that wouldn’t make me sick, let me know how the kitchen would handle my order and eased my worries before eating. She even remembered my side of ranch! My gluten-free pizza was delicious and service was top-tier. Be smart and stop by Tilton UNOs for lunch this summer while shopping or heading north, and be sure to ask for Karissa!“

“The staff were great, the service was great given how busy they were. However a situation arose with another customer, a regular apparently whom appeared to have been drinking and thought it was acceptable to create an altercation (in front of his grandchildren) between himself and 4 older lady’s, make a scene and yell at other guests including myself for stepping in and asking him to keep it down and take his problem outdoors. They were very busy and I get it he was frustrated, but this created an uncomfortable environment and he continued to do so to the point where we had to leave before our food arrived. I felt bad for the staff.“

“We recently hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner and Welcome Party at Dox and could not have been more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the entire evening was absolutely perfect, and it truly set a magical tone for our wedding weekend. “We have always loved going to Kettlehead, ordered the pretzel bites they came out extremely dark with the inside completely raw. The waitress was kinda and agreed they weren't right and returned them. we had 4 beers (all delicious) and two burgers. the smash burgers seemed skimpy on the patties but flavors were excellent. Over all was an exspensive 4 beers and two burgers flavors were excellent. would be delighted to see the quest beer back on the menu. has always been a favorite of ours and the waitress said people have been asking her about it all summer long“

“I’ve been coming to the “Pancake House” for years and watching it evolve has been incredible. The owner clearly listens to feedback and has dialed in the entire experience from start to finish.

The space: Clean with a rustic cabin feel and a massive evaporator for making syrup. If you go during spring boiling season, standing in the steam room above the boiler is amazing for your skin and easily the warmest spot in the building.

The service: They used to struggle a bit on busy days, but they’ve built a system that works. We walked in during a rush and food still came out fast. I’ve run into yellow jackets here years ago, but saw no trace this time.

The values: Everything comes on fully compostable plates and flatware with plastic-type cups. They’re fully green, and you can tell it’s a true reflection of the owners’ values.

The food: Best I’ve ever had there. They nailed every egg — scrambled, over hard, over medium, over easy — plus perfect home fries. Pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The gluten-free/vegan/dairy-free blueberry pancakes deserve their own shoutout: completely different recipe from the regular, sweetened with maple syrup from trees around the farm. About as good as a pancake gets. Kids loved the chocolate chip — cooked to perfection, didn’t even need syrup. The French toast was light, fluffy, and flawless.

“Came with my kids and the food and service were excellent. We started with the bacon wrapped scallops which were amazingly delicious. We had the Irish nachos which were yummy. I had the filet mignon which was one of the best that I’ve had. I’m looking forward to returning soon.“
