“We traveled all the way from the coast just to go and try their prime rib special. The prime rib was perfectly cooked, exceptionally seasoned, and moist. The delicate, fingerling potatoes were deep-fried and seasoned incredibly well. The warm pita bread was a nice accompaniment. The service was prompt, polite, and very, very friendly. Certainly worth a 50 mile drive for this level of quality. The portions were generous. This is a hidden gem.Parking: Located right off Route 3A in Litchfield. There is plenty of parking easy access.“
“Just enjoyed Easter dinner at Mikes Italian Kitchen in Nashua . We had chicken saltimbocca, chicken piccata and lasagna. All delicious and homemade. Efficient and pleasant staff and service. Enjoyed a cocktail in the cool adjoining bar after dinner. The restaurant owner was on hand today to ensure things were moving along smoothly. We had dinner at his seafood restaurant Surf on Saturday. All good.“
“This is one of those instances where I'll say 'hidden gem' because if you know about this place then you can find it. Small cafe with a view of the municipal airport, this place is small so you might have to wait a bit, however, they turn out orders pretty quick so you won't be waiting too long. Full range of breakfast or lunch options, specials and a nice view. Go for a benedict and stay for the view.“
“Solid menu with variety but not too many options. It's a barbecue place so you know what you're getting. The ribs in the brisket were delicious, the beans weren't too sweet, and the general vibe was enjoyable.Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable and had a great attitude.Kid-friendliness: Well I didn't bring a child there were a ton of families there, and I can see why. The food is enjoyable for all.“
“This is one awesome diner! The food, the vibe - it's just a great place to have a meal. The menu is great, and there are nice specials. One of today's was a Salmon Benedict, which turned out to be super. My dining companion enjoyed a BLT, which had a lot of great bacon. All were cooked perfectly. The staff is friendly and attentive, and it just feels great to be here. Even the other patrons are friendly and engaging. Can't wait to come back.Parking: If the front is full, there are more around the back.“
“First time here...Must say we were very impressed. Met with smiles and happy customers. The breakfast food we had was excellent!Pricing is very good! They have Iced Coffee...yum!Mealoaf omelette was very tasty. The potatoe pancakes are a must try...smooth and creamy...great flavor! The breakfast biscuits were the best I have had...very moist and flavorful.FYI...try the Hollandaise Sauce!Service was excellent and Fast! Can't wait to come back for more...lunch soon?Give Charlie's a try you won't regret it.Parking: PLENTY of easy/free parkingWheelchair accessibility: Nice ADA ramp for easy wheelchair access!“
“Do you love a good meatball sub? I do. And I love love love Marc’s. The meatballs are beyond compare. Seriously awesome. The waiting time can vary, so order ahead if you can. Sometimes Marc needs to make more meatballs, or whatever, and there can be a bit of a delay.Insider tip: Their large subs are ginormous, so be sure you know how big they are before you order one!“
“I had an amazing experience at the Tucker’s restaurant! Lily, our server, was incredibly polite, engaged us in conversation, and even cracked a few jokes. It was my first time there, and she went the extra mile to explain the meals. Lily did a great job—definitely recommend having her as your server. I will definitely recommend it to some friends!“
“This place has some of the best sandwiches in the state. The bread they use can handle the fillings and they're never a huge mess like every other sandwich place. Their larges are also large which I really appreciate.Go try their Italian stalian sub. It's Italian sausage meatballs and chicken parm in one sandwich and it's amazing!“
“Best brewery in Downtown Nashua. Good food at a decent price, and great IPA's and other drinks for your enjoyment. Friendly atmosphere, generous parking avaliable. Employees are energetic and helpful. I've never felt remorse spending my money here. Give them a try, and enjoy!“
“The Foundry is deserving of high praise. Very high end atmosphere, large drink menu, and delicious food. Views of the river if seated close and very friendly staff. Would recommend.Parking: Garage in front of restaurant with overflow on top across from UNH Manchester. Just have to avoid Texas Instruments spots“
“Local favorite! The menu is short but everything is delicious, and constantly changing specials keep things interesting. The beer list, on the other hand, is both extensive and well-curated. Great service and a nice outdoor patio (which welcomes dogs!).Vegetarian options: Always several veggie options including a nice veggie burger. Some are rotating (like the current veggie lo mein).Parking: Parking changed when the gas station went in, but there's almost always room in the lot.“
“I've been a loyal patron of Cookies Diner for years, and I can confidently say it's one of my favorite spots in town! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and hospitality from the friendly staff. The owner's passion for food and customer satisfaction truly shines through in every aspect of the dining experience. The menu offers a delightful array of breakfast and lunch options, each dish prepared with care and bursting with flavor. They also make yummy desserts. Whether you're craving a classic breakfast staple or something more adventurous, Cookies Diner has something for everyone. The ambiance of the diner is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends or enjoy a meal with family. The servers are attentive and always go above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.Overall, I can't recommend Cookies Diner enough. It's a gem in our community, offering great food, wonderful service, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and pay them a visit—you won't be disappointed!“
“Great place for breakfast awesome extensive menu (something for everyone)...even choices of various amazing bacon! Great chefs food was cooked perfectly and waitress Kennedy was so friendly and attentive definitely looking forward to a return “
“The staff manages the breakfast rushes with exceptional skill, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. They are very particular about maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which includes keeping the door closed. It's worth noting that they are quite adamant about this rule; you might be reminded in a firm manner to not stand in the waiting area with the doors open. Overall, the emphasis is on comfort and customer satisfaction.“
“The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was generous. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout the meal. Copper Door exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience.“
“The food was delicious the desserts are very shareable ( as they are great portions). The service and employees are very friendly and welcoming. Service was fast. Large building with several cozy dining areas and some larger areas for bigger parties.“
“A little pricey. But doable.Burger was good but a bit small overall. Disappointed with the FF getting so small in restaurants. Desserts to due for. Fantastic service.Very busy but got in quickly.Everyone very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Rollator fit isles. Tricky where to put it.“
“My wife and I love this place! If you are looking for a small, cozy, town restaurant, look no further than Hollis Country Kitchen. We've tried the breakfast and dinner menus, and both are equally great. Inside seating is limited, and in the morning, there can be a wait, but during the warmer months, you can sit outside in their garden area. Not their fault at all, but service can be a little bit slower due to staffing issues. I don't bring this up as a reason not to go though, just to forewarn that this place isn't necessarily somewhere to go for a "quick meal." If you have the time and want a great meal, this is the place to go!Parking: Due to their location, parking can be tough to find on busy days. I think there's an additional parking lot in the back, but not positive of that. Parking in front only has about 10-15 spots, though, so you may need to be patient on busier days like Sunday mornings.“
“the food and drink were incredible. Gail our bartender and server were outstanding. Gail created a new drink for us and she called it the Peanut Butter cup. it starts with Skrewball Whiskey and lots of chocolate yummy. we had the fish and chips and the Guinness batter makes it so crispy. the fries are truly crispy and flavorful. you have to try it.“
“January 2024, a Sunday morningLarge portions, a menu with multiple choices, and reasonable prices. My teenaged sons loved the food, and were filled up by their pancakes with all the fixings.Bobola's does a nice mix between "local joint" and "family place".We will be back for sure.Parking: Easy enough“
“Great local place for breakfast. Staff is super friendly and attentive (with few exceptions ?) whether you're going with a friend or a group, you will find something that you like. The food is prepared with care and it shows. The restaurant changed owner late in 2023 and the food continues to be awesome and actually I have not seen a bad day from the kitchen. I did see once one of the owners "Darian" in the kitchen working along the staff, which is a great comfort to see that everyone is invested in the quality and success of DW dinner. In January I noticed a change in the menu with few more additions. Would recommend that you check them out if you are around Merrimack NH. It's worth the visit.“
“Only thing missing is parking. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. They should buy the house across the street and turn it into a parking lot.Parking: Only about 12-15 parking spots t. I drive around in circles, waiting for parking space to be available. It's that good!!!“
““The Dream Breakfast.” Another spot without fail!!!!! Never have i ever had pancake potatoes and it was so delicious ?. Everything was on point down to the coffee and the warmness of the place. The staff has pleasant hospitality. You will definitely clean the plate!!!! “
“The selection was considerable, but both our meals were overcooked. Our server was great, and the service was top notch. Unfortunately, my wife's whole belly clams tasted like they had been cooked them warmed up in the microwave before being served. My medium rare steak was closer to medium well.“
“First time here. Hunter, our waiter was superb and friendly. My tavern burger with sweet potato fries was the best burger I have had. Done to perfection with a lot of flavor and juicy. My best friend got a lamb burger, and she was amazed at how delicious it was, and she got the garlic parmesan fries that were excellent.Of course, we had to get dessert. I got a salted carmel souffle, which is made to order. She got the chocolate box for two. These desserts were exquisitely executed and, of course, melt in your mouth yummy. Needless to say, there are no leftovers except her chocolate box that she did not finish. We will be back and hope the waiter Hunter will be there, we will ask for him. Thanks for a very enjoyable and relaxing time.See you again soon.“
“Celebrations catering is absolutely the best value out there! We used them for our wedding in October of 2023. They were one of the only caterers within our budget, but you would never know from the quality of the food they served. Our guests raved about how delicious everything was from the passed apps to the plated meals. Amy was phenomenal to work with and so responsive! Would highly recommend!“
“The food was really good, as was the service. We had the shepherd's pie egg roll, and these were fantastic. My wife had a burger while I did the steak tips and my daughter went for the french dip. The portions were large, we all brought home left overs, and the service was excellent. Our only complaint was that it took a long time to get our food, and when we asked we were told their were orders ahead of us. Granted, but it wasn't crowded that night, so that seemed odd.“
“Went here looking for espresso martini for my boyfriend and was not disappointed. Their selection of dessert cocktails is worth the visit. I have been showing off my cocktail rimmed with sprinkles that I took a picture of. I’ll be back for another one!“
“Usually very good. Little disappointing this time. Wasn't very busy as it usually is. Took much longer to get my order than the time I was given. Food just wasn't cooked as good as it usually is. Maybe because there were so many visitors running in and out of kitchen that didn't belong or even work there? We love the food there, but this night, our subs weren't very good, and our pizza was left in a bit too long. I will be back, but hopefully it won't happen again.“
“This is my fiancé and I’s new favorite restaurant in Nashua! We have been for dinner a couple times now and this past Sunday we went for Brunch. We had excellent service despite clearly seeing there was only one server on that day. Management was up front about the staffing shortage but the service and accommodations were unchanged from any other experience here. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Now the food… you cannot get this quality food anywhere else in Nashua. In my opinion it is up there with Surf and Buckley’s, plus COMPELTELY farm to table. The brunch experience was no exception. I got the Benedict Special.. yum! Our server Kerri was sweet, attentive and kept those mimosas flowing! We will become regulars at Nashua’s greatest hidden gem!“
“Their food is real home cooking. Just like Mom used to make. The staff is both pleasant and attentive. As a bonus, they serve beer and wine at reasonable prices. It may not be the most exciting venue, it's just a building in a residential neighborhood, but if you're in need of some tasty comfort food at a decent price, this is a great place.“
“This is the most amazing unique expierence I have ever been a part of. Who would have thought Nashua was home to a modern day speak easy? I love love love it here!!!! So much I went twice I a row!!! The food absolutely phenomenal and the service alone is enough to make anyone come back over and over. If you are looking for a unique expierence and want to impress someone or maybe a group of people, definitely take them down to Codex. 10000/10 Highly reccomend you check this place out.The secret enterence, the inconspicuous vibe and the thrill of stepping back in time to the prohibition era. Wow! I'm floored with how amazing it is. I love it!! And right in Nashua! Who would have thought?!Check it out. You will not regret it.“
“The Bistro is one of our favorite spots to eat. The food, service and atmosphere are fantastic. The wines are great and there is a full bar if wine isn't your thing. They change up the menu periodically which is fun. If you are there at lunch, I highly recommend the Chicken Salad Wrap which has wine soaked cranberries among other tasty ingredients. The crispy buffalo cauliflower appetizer is also amazing as are the new salted caramel wings (I was skeptical but WOW!).We also highly recommend the events there (and the Derry location). We have seen some great bands and been to some fabulous special meals (Valentine's Sinatra in Love and Easter brunch). All around an amazing place.“
“Buffalo chicken wings are awesome. Meat falls off the bone. Very good happy hour deals now as well. Also forgot how good the Maple Citrus ones are as wellParking: In a small plaza. Most places only open during the day, plenty of spaces especially at night“
“Can't remember servers name unfortunately as it's been a week since being there. But the gentleman took care of our entire group of over 15 people in the middle of multiple rounds of Cornhole and no one had to wait for drinks or food cause he was on his A game. Drinks and food were a slightly pricey but due to playing Cornhole and the quality of drinks and food, very much worth the price of admission.“
“Went Sunday St Patrick’s Day! They had the restaurant decorated with ballon banners for St. Patrick’s Day. The Irish Flag colored ballons were great! Green vases of flowers on the table, and of course Cornbeef/Irish cuisine was designed for the day. The mimosas are cold and delicious. Parking is at a minimum, you may need to get creative but worth it. It was very busy when we got there at 9am, when we left at 10 there were plenty of seats. Service was a little behind as you can imagine with every table full. But even with that, we got waited on as quick as possible. Great breakfast place. They also have an event room for rent or I have seen them use it for restaurant over flow.“
“I did not dine in. I enjoyed the food. There was a couple of things I wasn't to pleased with. Now, this is something that I've been searching for, for a very very long time.. .. I'm a mushroom lover and I can't seem to find a really good stuffed mushroom. I want to still taste the mushroom and also enjoy the stuffing mixture. Sorry Salonas you failed in this area. Fish sandwich was okay. BLT was pretty good ?? anyway Thank you ? God Bless ? and onto the next...“
“The place is a hidden gem. The food is wonderful, its a pub so expect a pub atmosphere. The stuff is excellent they do seem to get overwhelmed and take some time to get back to you as they are limited in the amount of people. But the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere is so good, we dont care. HIGHLY recommend.“
“Service slow but service great, it was busy. Firecracker Shrimp App, so good. Mainplates: haddock was sold out so I got the salmon Romesco, this was basic, but ask for extra romesco sause and it's going to change things. 2nd dish Short Rib Hash. Do not come here and not order it!!!!!“
“This is a cute little bar very close to the Manchester Airport. I think there are a lot of regulars as the bar itself was fairly crowded but there were plenty of seats in the restaurant section. Almost all of the tables are high tops which I found a little uncomfortable.I have to say that we tried this place because of a lot of the Google reviews that talked about great happy hour specials, including $5 beer pitchers. We went at 4:00 p.m. and were told they have no happy hour specials but they do have mini pitchers of beer which were the equivalent of two pints. However those were $11 each not $5. There were no food specials for happy hour. There was one server who was working the entire restaurant including the bar so she was a little rushed but extremely friendly and it made up for the wait. The food was good and the french fries were very hot which I find to be a big plus.Overall it was a nice stop and we enjoyed the evening but we're a little disappointed in that it was not the value that we were expecting.“
“Drove by this place a bunch of times called my cousin and figured we'd give it a shot. The place was packed there was live music going and the crowd had a locals only vibe. But nobody said anything. The service was good. They had rum Thursdays so I got a cwpyian and coke for 5 bucks! Also for a first time newcomer get the rodeo burger, it might be the best burger I've had in the last 10 years. Worth the stop.“
“Stopped in for lunch, meal was great food took a little but to come out but was worth the wait. I had the backed haddock with garlic mushrooms and broccoli, it was phenomenal. Came with a French Onion soup for $23. My buddy had the blackened Salmon. He said it was good.“
“This was my 2nd time @ this RR, my wife's first. The manager welcomed the first-timer with a basket of fries and a couple of sauces (I think one was called Campfire... holy moly, so good). I got the Scorpion burger "a little pink" which was cooked just right and delicious - a little spicy, but not too much. I'm definitely going back for another burger and to try some of the local beers they offer.“
“My grandfather and I come here pretty often and it’s always a perfect volume level with great energy. Most of the time we get a waitress by the name Krystal and she’s amazing !! When we come in to sit in her section she already knows our drink order and comes as soon as we’re settled in which speaks a lot for itself, she makes sure that everything is going well after a few bites in and would do what it takes to make sure you’re completely satisfied, another great characteristic she has is humor. It is never a dull moment and she is never in a rush but always manages to still be on top of things. We love this longhorn out of the 3 we been too and Crystal’s service just adds the extra sparkle on top !“
“Fabulous options available and everything I have tried has been delicious. When traveling with my company, she has been able to accommodate our timelines as well as allergies in our group. The dairy free pot pie was amazing!! Nothing but amazing things to say about Caroline’s!“
“Bar wasn't full, but there was karaoke, and the DJ played our request. The bar tender was very nice and the food was good. Order before midnight the grill closes. Plenty of parking and if the street is full you can park behind chicken chips.“
“Got basic two eggs, hash browns, bacon toast. Eggs were lukewarm and tasteless, sausage was big and hot and good, bacon was thick and hot and good, hash browns were tasty but not crispy, toast a little thick for my taste, not sure if they use real butter or not. Waitress was old but seemed new there, didn't know menu, slow af, didn't even know what brand of coffee they serve. Holes in salt shaker are much too big, watch out. Overall it was good enough, might want to tell them to add butter or something to eggs.“
“My wife and I ate there on Friday. Although there was a line, it went quickly. The seafood platter and fisherman platter, which I got, were terrific and not expensive. The staff were great. They were friendly and funny. I highly recommend the Lobster Boat Restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp that looks great for wheelchairs. I used to need one.“
