“I just want to start off by saying, this is our third year coming to Lexie’s Landing. This year without hesitation has been a 10 out of 10!! We love boating and we love good drinks and good food. “I’m from the Boston area and was meeting a friend in Portsmouth for dinner. We picked Durbar Square and we’re definitely not disappointed. We had an absolutely fabulous meal there. The chicken chili was a delicious, and a different approach than any chili I’ve had before. The chicken was perfect cooked. The sauce was full of flavor. They also ask you to pick yours spice range from 1-10 so you can choose what suits you best. The owner, John, is totally engaged with his customers and if you want, can even demonstrate a yoga pose or 2 (which he is very good at). Just overall a great place to eat.“

Emma - has a unique talent for making you feel like you are the most important person in the room, even as she was juggling all her tables. “I have lived in NYC, Boston and Portsmouth surrounded by some of the best cuisines of every form. I have to say this is by far the best indian cuisine I have ever had. Raj the owner personally served us and told us about his journey from humble beginnings to now one of the top 20 or so indian cuisines in the country. It doesn't take long to taste why. An unassuming restaurant on the outside to an amazing comfortable and authentic interior space to welcome anyone and everyone ready for the mos amazing dining experiences they will have. Even the drinks worth a sip.“

“A lot of people don't know that Garrison City actually has a very sweet event space that you can rent out to host private parties. I recently hosted a bridal shower there this past weekend and working with Andy was such a breeze! He was accommodating and gracious and the staff was warm and welcoming. We asked that they provide prosecco for us to do a mimosa bar, and they got it for us. We got their salsa, guac and chips and they were delicious! They have tons of food options, but we were also allowed to bring in some outside catered food, which was amazing to have the ability to bring in some other options! They even roped off part of the patio for our event! They recently added their provisions options, too so that expanded what we could choose from. It is a true gem of a place to host an event, and they are more than reasonably priced! I would 100% host an event here again and recommend them to anyone who is looking to host a 50-or-fewer-person event. I mean their beer is also delicious so that was a bonus!“
