“I actually did not go here. However, they had their beer at one of the restaurants where we had dinner. I must say that I never heard of that brand of beer. I was in the beer business in the south for 27 years. I tried the IPA that the restaurant offered. It was fantastic. If I had the opportunity I would have loved to go to their facility and check them out. I would recommend this beer!“

Both were amazing and super flavorful and the ribeye was cooked perfectly!

“I’m from the Boston area and was meeting a friend in Portsmouth for dinner. We picked Durbar Square and we’re definitely not disappointed. We had an absolutely fabulous meal there. The chicken chili was a delicious, and a different approach than any chili I’ve had before. The chicken was perfect cooked. The sauce was full of flavor. They also ask you to pick yours spice range from 1-10 so you can choose what suits you best. The owner, John, is totally engaged with his customers and if you want, can even demonstrate a yoga pose or 2 (which he is very good at). Just overall a great place to eat.“

“We go to Maine every year and make it a priority to stop here. They have the best lobster sub roll in the area! Even better than some really nice restaurants. Staff is always great and friendly. Of course the lobster roll is on the expensive side but its lobster! And they do not skimp on the meat at all.“

The taproom has a friendly, local feel, there’s usually a good mix of styles to choose from, and it’s an easy place to hang out for a couple of pours. “We had the Tuna/yellow rice/black beans with garlic cream, pork, yellow rice, black beans with the bbq and a side of sweet fries. Everything was delicious, the pork broke apart with just a plastic spork. Rice was well cooked and seasoned. Sheet fries were a great sharing size and delicious, not too heavy and well salted. We look forward to coming back.“

“Amazing first time visit to the Portsmouth NH location…from the the decor…to the scrumptious meals we had, Chicken Cordon Blue Benny and an Omelet with a heaping side plate of various meats( sausage,bacon and ham) and not to mention bottomless coffee refills……however what stood out the most was our server Emma ! Emma - has a unique talent for making you feel like you are the most important person in the room, even as she was juggling all her tables. Emma is the kind of server who can tell you a great story and refill your coffee at the same time. Emma -thank you for making our visit so enjoyable..we will be back! But wait….first we have to try the corn beef(outstanding!) hash before we hit the road!! 😊“

“This atmosphere is very cozy, as if you're going to Auntie's house. The staff was so attentive and friendly I felt truly welcome. I tried the mango chicken with sweet sticky rice and it was amazing. “I was planning to go to a different downtown restaurant and walked in to this one as it started raining. The waitress took every effort to ensure our dietary requirements were taken care of. They had quite a few veggie burger options. We picked The Cool Beans, which came with a black bean and corn patty. She was quite transparent with the fact that they used the same fryer and oil for frying meat,veggie appetizers and fries. So, she substituted fries with freshly sliced avocado. The burger itself was thick and juicy. We ordered a PB& Chocolate milkshake that capped out dinner. They went out of the way to limit cross contamination. Will definitely return.“

This past Friday our awesome server told us someone paid for our entire meal because our kids were so well behaved. We have 3 girls, a teen, 6yr old and toddler! I could have cried, there are still great people out there!! We will be back on Friday!“
