“Just had an amazing dinner at Walkers Maine in Cape Neddick! Our waitress Brook was fantastic, helping us navigate the delicious menu. We started with complimentary bread & oil, then devoured fried oysters. I enjoyed the short rib kofta with zucchini & German potato salad, while my friend savored the salmon entree. For dessert, we had to try the in-house-made sarsaparilla-glazed donuts & ice cream. Everything was top-notch!“

“I'm not sure why they do reservations TBH. It's an order at the station and take a numbered buy to your table. No table service except when they deliver the food. Maybe they are trying to recreate the lobster shack experience 🤷‍♀️. Food was good for a hotel restaurant. If you like tots, they are GOOD and you get a ton. Fries were overly seasoned for me. The chicken bbq tacos were tasty.“

“I’m from the Boston area and was meeting a friend in Portsmouth for dinner. We picked Durbar Square and we’re definitely not disappointed. We had an absolutely fabulous meal there. The chicken chili was a delicious, and a different approach than any chili I’ve had before. The chicken was perfect cooked. The sauce was full of flavor. They also ask you to pick yours spice range from 1-10 so you can choose what suits you best. The owner, John, is totally engaged with his customers and if you want, can even demonstrate a yoga pose or 2 (which he is very good at). Just overall a great place to eat.“

“Consistently the best. Inside seating at picnic type tables can get crowded in the summertime, but is a welcome spot in the chilly and changeable weather in the spring. Outside order window makes it convenient if you want to sit down outside and enjoy the ambiance of Perkins Cove.“

Raj the owner personally served us and told us about his journey from humble beginnings to now one of the top 20 or so indian cuisines in the country. It doesn't take long to taste why. An unassuming restaurant on the outside to an amazing comfortable and authentic interior space to welcome anyone and everyone ready for the mos amazing dining experiences they will have. “My husband and I had the best experience tonight! The food was amazing. We started with the tuna appetizer and the cure wedge salad - so good! He had the filet and I had the short ribs - both were so tasty and cooked to perfection. Our server was super attentive and so personable! We’ll definitely be returning when we’re back in the area!“

Everything was delicious, the pork broke apart with just a plastic spork. Rice was well cooked and seasoned. Sheet fries were a great sharing size and delicious, not too heavy and well salted. “Amazing first time visit to the Portsmouth NH location…from the the decor…to the scrumptious meals we had, Chicken Cordon Blue Benny and an Omelet with a heaping side plate of various meats( sausage,bacon and ham) and not to mention bottomless coffee refills……however what stood out the most was our server Emma ! Emma - has a unique talent for making you feel like you are the most important person in the room, even as she was juggling all her tables. Emma is the kind of server who can tell you a great story and refill your coffee at the same time. Emma -thank you for making our visit so enjoyable..we will be back! But wait….first we have to try the corn beef(outstanding!) hash before we hit the road!! 😊“

“We visit Wells Beach a couple of times each year, and the Lobster Pound has become a regular highlight for us. Great food, very reasonable prices, and extremely friendly customer service. We're genuinely sad they're not open for our first visit this year, but can't wait to eat here again later in the season.“

“After a friendly greeting at the door, we were seated at the bar, awaiting access to the piano bar. The place was crowded, but not overly, just enough to create a relaxed but exciting vibe. The menus is adequate and we didn't have to wait long after ordering to enjoy the delicious food.

The piano bar section was a totally different experience! The excitement and participation of the patrons created a pulsing, harmonious heartbeat of music and it was wonderful! Everybody gathered around the piano to sing with and support the excellent piano players. Can they create an atmosphere! The 2 I've joined were Jason Weber and Michelle Currie, and each had their own brilliant flair. A waiter kept or glasses full with the wife variety of options we could choose from. I didn't even realize I was sitting at the piano for over 6 hours when it became time to leave.

Everyone deserves this experience - where you are filled with joy and contentment when you leave.“

“I never write reviews but this place is AMAZING! My mom & I stopped in for crepes, we had a sweet one and a savory one and also a tart and vanilla ice coffees. Everything was perfection and tasted great! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere very nice. “Came in desperate for a small fry whilst my toddler was having a breakdown in my car with my husband. Not only did they give me an immediate fry instead of waiting for the next batch to be made- they gave me a water to go with it and encouragement on the side. “Great menu, great food, (They bake those muffins every day and they are devine!) great service. There is indoor and outdoor seating, so we are able to take our pup. The wait can be long on weekend summer mornings (10-15 minutes) but we used our time at the next door dog park while waiting. Unique local specials (Lobsters, blueberries, and crabs, Oh my!) and delicious coffee and teas. Try their blood orange juice freshly squeezed! You will not be sorry!“

“I was planning to go to a different downtown restaurant and walked in to this one as it started raining. The waitress took every effort to ensure our dietary requirements were taken care of. They had quite a few veggie burger options. We picked The Cool Beans, which came with a black bean and corn patty. She was quite transparent with the fact that they used the same fryer and oil for frying meat,veggie appetizers and fries. So, she substituted fries with freshly sliced avocado. The burger itself was thick and juicy. We ordered a PB& Chocolate milkshake that capped out dinner. They went out of the way to limit cross contamination. Will definitely return.“
