For the vermicelli this was good because it give the opportunity to put in the fresh Thai basil and let it steep a while. It comes to the table too hot to eat. But for the curried chicken it was a still warm but not hot. That could have been served later.Vegetarian options: I don't think they have any vegan options but they have several dishes with no animal protein.“
