I just drove through Aroma Joe’s with my two dogs, and I had the nicest experience with a girl named Ria. She was professional, kind, and so sweet with my dogs — she even gave them a pup treat with whipped cream and a biscuit. They never eat that kind of thing, but they absolutely loved it!

We talked for a minute about her future, and she shared that she wants to be a cosmetologist someday. It is so inspiring to see a 16-year-old with that much direction, confidence, and genuine kindness.

Ria, keep up the good work — you’re going places. I can already tell.✨

“Love these! And I can order anything on the menu without worrying about my allergies! Made a great Easter day trip out of it stopping here before visiting a nearby Fort and a beach walk. I tried to order online at 5am the same day but it would only let me choose the next day, so we made it there early (being a few hours away) and they had all their flavors (even the special holiday ones) stacked and ready to go!! My favorite has been the Pumpkin Spice Latte brioche donut this past fall season. (I am a frosting lover.) I love the Kittery location with its own parking lot and building. Even got some donuts for my pup with a sweet tooth to try! He also highly recommends!!! Well worth the drive no matter how far away you are!“

All the trees were really nice and in really good shape, they sell cider donuts you can munch on, they had a cozy campfire going near the tree lot where you can keep warm while you're waiting, everyone is very friendly, and they are giving away a cute wooden ornament with a tree purchase! I wrestled it in my door and onto a stand, with minimal needle loss despite the manhandling. It may not be the cheapest option, but the quality is there and they make the experience worth it. If you are able to support local places instead of big box stores and corporations, it's really a good thing to do and it really does make a difference. It keeps our money in our community instead of the wallet of some big faceless far-off corporation. 🌲💚“

Those folks are amazing and if you have never experienced the making of specialty drinks it is an art that requires patience and attention to detail in a fairly speedy manner and the young lady that waited on me is the perfect person for the job. “I frequent the drive through for coffee since moving to the area a few years ago and have recently been sitting in the cafe a lot to work. I love the team here, they are all so friendly. Meghan, the supervisor, makes things so cheerful and brings up the energy in the cafe. Susan who usually works the drive through is so kind, have loved the 2 minute chats getting to know her over the years. Several times in recent cafe visits, I've seen the management working with their employees to train them for interviews to get promotions. I love seeing them invest in their employees and champion their growth. Love this place!“

“I always go here whenever I feel like buying pricey coffee. Service is very good. I’ve been going here since 2012. Starbucks is a fast paced environment so give them a break during peak hours if the beverage is taking a while to get to you. Most of the time their service is good and sometimes you’re waiting for a few minutes. They do communicate but can get messy during peak hours. Worse, if their label printer goes out then expect drinks that weren’t yours. This is a first world problem so be patient and the pricey coffee we all paid for will come to you :) Overall, great staff and good service!“

“In March 2026 this Duncan has ruined so many other Duncans for me they’re just so quick so easy to work with I’m in and out of there in 30 seconds flat at the window you put in your order and they’re already handing it to you as you’re driving by through the drive-through window.
