“Stopped by on a trip up the coast... The Service was outstanding. Our waitress was very attentative, the Steamahs were perfect, especially with some extra lemon wedges. And the fried scallops were the best I've had. Huge, juicy, perfect breading which was thin, crispy, very little grease, along with a large portion. “I’m from the Boston area and was meeting a friend in Portsmouth for dinner. We picked Durbar Square and we’re definitely not disappointed. We had an absolutely fabulous meal there. The chicken chili was a delicious, and a different approach than any chili I’ve had before. The chicken was perfect cooked. The sauce was full of flavor. They also ask you to pick yours spice range from 1-10 so you can choose what suits you best. The owner, John, is totally engaged with his customers and if you want, can even demonstrate a yoga pose or 2 (which he is very good at). Just overall a great place to eat.“

“Thai House is fantastic. Accommodated me (vegan) and my questionable family members (fresh off a 12 hour boat trip) for dinner. The service was lovely, food delicious and ambience wonderful. “This is our favorite brewery on the Seacoast! The beer is cold and delicious and the food is always exceptional.

We ordered hey guy burger and the fish tacos with hot fries, best food I have had in the states, coming from a Peruvian, I am super picky with flavor and this place did not disappoint. I had to do take out because they dont allow pets, so if you come with your doggie there is a park next to it where you can have a picnic“

“Third year update - this place continues to delight and amaze! Tried the butter toffee cake, equally great. All the pizzas are spectacular.
This is the second year in a row we had an early dinner here, and once again it was amazing.
All the dishes have a special touch to them, something unique and delectable.
The pizzas are spectacular, with wood fired char on the crust. The sandwiches are equally wonderful, each with perfectly balanced spices.
My special of the day spicy martini was one of the best I ever tasted, potent yet eminently drinkable.
The desserts are out of this world, especially the brownie sundae.
The service was terrific as well. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
Looking forward to next year!

Everything was perfection and tasted great! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere very nice. “Staying in the area and honestly there's a lot of places I could have gotten food. Sofias stood out to me with their homemade pasta and the reviews were positive. Well... Let me tell you. They absolutely will not let you down. Great pasta, incredibly fresh homemade bread, large portions and the sauce is rich with a perfect consistency.
I ordered takeout and they took the time to cling wrap the entire container, which was above and beyond and very much appreciated.
The hostess was extremely friendly and welcoming. In fact, my only regret was not dining in. The place was immaculately clean and very spacious. Truthfully, it smelled like my grandma's house. She was 100% Italian and it really brought back some memories. Looking forward to going back. I might even stock up on their food prep containers.“

“Dockside is one of my favorite wedding venues to photograph! I've shot many weddings there and I've loved every one of them. The staff is top notch, the grounds are beautiful, and view is unmatched, and during your reception you'll probably be visited by a nosy great blue heron. He's popped up at most of the weddings I've shot there. There are so many wedding venues in Southern Maine, you probably can't do any better than Dockside.“

We’ve been coming here for at least 4-5 years and no other hot pot can compete. They may have a smaller selection of broths, but it’s worth it for the quality.
