The waitress Melissa was very friendly and helpful. The vibes were as if I were at a rock bar without the drunkards. And the food was incredible! “Tucked away behind the Main Street we stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. We ordered Spring rolls and a Japanese thingy for starter, both were really good. For mains it was Beef and Ginger and Prawn Fried Rice, again both excellent. So for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it came to 58 euros, even excellenter ?…music choice was a bit different in that it was dance oriented but wasn’t out of place. We have booked again and would obviously recommend ?“

“I like Nellie's in Waldwick because they great thin crust pizza and wings to eat. I like their thin crust pizza, wings, Caesar salad, Irish nachos, and their pasta. The staff at Nellie's are very nice. Nellie's is the best pizza place in Waldwick!!“

It was memorable but the music was a bit to loud for me as it was almost impossible to have a conversation. I'm sure some others would disagree. The Irish food was pretty good, The beer was the best part. Had a Guinness of course.“

They have brick walls in the inside which don't absorb sound. It gets loud when crowded, which makes conversation a challenge. Something to consider if that's important you. Also, live music can be very loud. I wish they'd dial the volume down a tad on their speakers.“

“Had an absolutely fabulous time at Felina. The live music, ambience, food, and service was terrific. I ordered the rigatoni al Ragu and it was delicious, light, and the sauce was amazing. Great portion size. The place was packed but we could still hear ourselves talk. I had great waiters and the purple passion mocktail was sweet and tangy. Overall, will be back! Regarding food, they said they only had a small bar pie, and that limited menu sort of gave me the impression that it was probably frozen and heated up, so I passed on the food and just enjoyed a beer and the atmosphere. Definitely a nice spot to grab a drink though. Especially if you are a local in the area of this bar, I definitely recommend it. “Best Kettle One Extra Dirty Martini's ever with the most delicious olives. The potato skins, bourbon honey Buffalo wings, fresh guacamole, French onion soup and salads are fabulous. Been here several times and never disappointed. Arrive before 5:30 as it's always busy. The servers and managers are caring, diligent and very accommodating even during busy dining hours they do their best and hustle. It's become a favorite place to go with friends.“

“I've been here a couple times for different things, a drink, a night out, and a couple showers. The place is perfect for a smaller shower. They have a buffet option that allows for a brunch option. Their food is delicious, especially their breakfast potato & onion option. They also have waffles, fresh made pancakes and omelets, pasta, chicken, a carving station, and more. Would recommend hosting something here but again, it's limited spacing.“

“We joined some family* here for lunch today. The bldg and the grounds were lovely looking. The inside has both banquet rooms for private events as well as a family feel bar and dining area. We were seated right away and the server was very prompt and friendly. Menu although not that large had a good variety. From appetizers and soups to full on entrees there was plenty to choose from. They had several specials to offer today. They are known for the burgers apparently. My aunt and husband both had the Swiss Mountain Burger. Both enjoyed them. Although the cooking between them was a bit different. My husband's was a bit pink IMO but he likes rare so didn't really care. My daughter enjoyed the penne and meatballs from the dedicated kids menu. It came with a drink and dessert. The portion was hearty and she loved the meatball! Dinner rolls on the table were amazing. Mini chibatta style that were crusty in the outside and soft and chewy in the inside. My uncle had the chicken cashew salad. Large salad although looked like only iceberg as the base. Overall filled with plenty of toppings. I enjoyed one of the salmon specials for today. I chose the grilled lemon pepper salmon. All entrees like this are served with either rice or potato and veggies. I had mashed which were very creamy and flavorful. The salmon had good flavor but IMO was cooked just a little too long. It was flaky but the edges seemed a little dry. Overall I'd recommend it but suggest asking for a medium cook. They offered a dessert menu although everyone was full and decided on just some specialty coffee. Most dishes were in the $15-25 range. Overall I'd recommend giving it a try. *Sorry for the lack of pics we were so excited to see our out of town family that I totally forgot!“

“I’ve been going to this diner for a couple of years waiting for it to disappoint but it never did. This place is great. The location itself is good. Always plenty of parking space. The service is excellent as well. They always great you with a smile. The food is delicious as well. I have no complaints. Once you sit down, the staff quickly asks you if you want coffee or something else to drink. The food comes out pretty quickly. They don’t play around with that. The food portions are also great. Best bang for your buck. Breakfast for two will run you about $40 plus Tip. I usually leave cash on the table. The bathrooms are always kept clean. Your coffee cup is always kept full and you never have to ask for a refill yourself. Some places you have to stand up and stare at your server for a refill but not at this location. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a complaint. It’s usually busy on the weekends especially Sunday after church. If you’re in the area and want great food and service, this diner is perfect for you and your family. Enjoy and tell them Eddie sent you. (Which they have no idea who I am) lol. “My friends and I went to this restaurant for my cousin's birthday and it was amazing! The food was delicious and the service was superb. However, the DJ's set did not match the ambiance of the restaurant and it was very loud and difficult to hear our conversation at our table. Other than that, we will be returning!“

“Excellent music and cocktails are skillfully made with the right touch. The prices are reasonable and establishment is very well kept. I have a great time when I visit this establishment. Parking in the area could be a little difficult at times but the Lodge is in the process of paving the lot. I would say if your the kind of person who doesn't like getting up and going out by yourself, then you may want to call someone. Personally, there have been times I have went alone and had a great time as well going with someone.“

“Went back to Doghouse after a long hiatus and was pleasantly surprised that nothing changed except the live Jazz music on Thursday nights! Very cool! Food was the usual good greasy type except HUGE portions! My cheesesteak was large and tasty as well as my girl's grilled chicken sandwich... def get your moneys worth! Service was spotty but acceptable but then again it's a hometown pub, what do you expect? Stop in on Thursday nights for the live Jazz, saves a trip into the city!!“

“The avocado blt was awesome. Pretty good air filtration for smoking a cigar. That can be a big issue with some places. 15$ cut fee at first was questionable but i get it, its nice not to have a bunch of bums coming in and not spending just to smoke. You could also just buy a cigar for a little over 20 and that counts.Love when a bartender can read your body language when you want to have a conversation and when you don't.Will def be coming back.“

“So every time we go to Caffe Anello, we seem to have a "best ever" moment. Like "this was the best we ever had". The other night it happened again. The tomatoe soup appetizer was honestly amazing and the best we've ever had. But its also the little things. the olive oil is the best ever. the meatballs are the best ever. And the rest of our meal was fantastic. the artichoke appetizer, salmon and dirty pork chop were all really well prepared. And the service is always the best ever. But what makes it so special is that whenever we walk in the people there make us feel like family. It feels like Sunday dinner at home. All combining for a "best ever" dining experience.“
