“I do have to say all of the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to this is the number one I love going to! The ladies are amazing they’re sweet they’re sufficient they are just all-around amazing! They do a great job they get my order correct every time and I love how every time I pull up they make sure that they say good morning and have a nice day! By far this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts that I want to ever go to on my way to work I don’t know the ladies names but I’m sure they know who they are and they need to be recognized! “Everything is amazing about this place. The baristas are extraordinarily nice. It is so cute inside and it’s not any more expensive than anywhere else. However I watched an old woman comment on the baristas nail polish. She was saying that men shouldn’t wear nail polish in her opinion ?? I just felt bad for the barista who was VERY nicely trying to do his job.“

“Greene beans is my favorite spot for all my loose leaf tea purchases. Staff is always so friendly and ready to help when I have questions. I'm there about once to twice a month to get all my teas. Their coffee drinks are also delicious. I never get the same thing twice. I'm always exploring their menu and their seasonal menu. It's also done right.“

“All in all, this Dunkin’ is really the best one I’ve been too, the workers and staff are really friendly and can make you laugh even if you’re not having a good day, the workers & staff here will make your day ten times better. There is one particular worker his name is Nour Ahmed, he’s a really nice guy, He interacts with costumers and gives high quality customer service. Along, with another worker named Tanvir he is very funny and honestly the best worker at this Dunkin’. Highly recommend!❤️❤️❤️“

“The staff at this Dunkin are amazing! Seriously. I go to other Dunkins at times if I'm not near home and honestly they don't make drinks well. This Newton location by the Walgreens is absolutely fantastic! They are THE fastest drive thru crew ever at a Dunkin and they always get my drink orders perfect. The food isn't always the best, but I'm not a fan of Dunkin food too much. So I don't blame them. Absolutely would give them a thousand stars if I could 🌟“

“Hot chocolate was good ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. The jelly doughnut was a little stale not very fresh. The girl was working alone and forgot about my sandwich. I had to wait a little longer. They need to have two people there to work. I was a little bit disappointed about the jelly doughnut to be honest I expected it to be more.“

“I have stopped at this location several times. I have no problem placing a quick order and waiting less than 5 minutes for food and drinks to be ready. Always prepared as asked! This is a good Dunkin' location to stop. Would definitely recommend getting your morning fix at this location.“

“Was jonesing for a DD cold brew as I had been without for 3 days. Found this place on my way home from camping in the Poconos. Very clean, professional and after making my drink incorrectly the 1st time (they put cold foam on and hadn't ordered it) they quickly rectified it.“

“I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.“

“omg i’m fascinated!! so i always go to dunkin but this one has me impressed. our order was done in like 2 minutes and we had 2 large complicated lattes. also my matcha latte tasted better than i ever had it and i have matcha like everyday. great place, love it !“

“Newly renovated store that is always kept clean. The food prepared on site is prepared well. In the rare event a mistake is made, they're quick to own it and make it right. The staff is why I return with my kids every week. They are always so polite and friendly to my kids.“
