“I don’t know why the bad reviews. I have yet to have a bad experience here. So far we came twice. I really enjoy the soft served vanilla. If tastes just like a carvel cake! It’s super thick and delicious, almost like custard. We tried the carvalanche, with chocolate and vanilla and m and ms and sprinkles. A medium was huge and enough to share with my husband. It was thick and creamy and not melted. I love magic fountain too but their equivalent- hurricanes are always melted when they hand it to me.The staff here have always been nice. And I haven’t seen any hair or dirtyness yet.It’s conveniently close to the 22nd street light rail!“
