“I stopped in on a whim because I was in the neighborhood. I got 4 bagels for the family and the veggie cream cheese. Fresh, excellent top-tier bagels! Black Russian and Egg! Plain! All delicious. We're all lucky in NJ that most bagels we can get are at least okay, but these were a cut above! And the cream cheese was delicious and fresh - vegetables still had a little crunch!

Also, I appreciate that they discourage people coming in and just buying up all the bagels. In the 5 minutes I was in there, lots of people popped in, clearly regulars, for their breakfast. It definitely felt like a go-to place in the community and they make sure they can be open to serve as many as possible. That's cool. I look forward to returning!“

“A while back, I started what seemed to be a bagel war on Facebook about another bagel shop in town 😂😂😂 Well, a lot of people in the comments told me to try International Hot Bagels… and yeah, they were right!
The bagels are so much better… fresh, hot and delicious! The service was great, the food was great, and the prices were actually reasonable (which is rare these days). I’ve ordered a couple of times now & I’ve been highly satisfied.
10/10 recommend! Go give them a try.

“The food was OK! Just about the same flare & hoopla as Bloomfield Bagels. The only thing I enjoyed more was that the bacon was definitely delicious. Cooked just the way I liked it, and my sandwich had plenty. I just figured nowadays you would get more bang for your bucks, no, you don't. It seems that my egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich was all bread, 1 egg, 1 slice of cheese, and 2-3 strips of ?. For the price of the sandwich, I expected more. So I'll just stick to Bloomfield Bagels. The prices are a bit cheaper, and you get added condiments (salt, pepper, or ketchup).“

“The best bagels I’ve had in Jersey City. I think that means it has to be at least a top ten bagel shop in the country. Perfect bagels. Great cream cheese’s and sandwiches. I’ve loved everything I’ve ever ordered.

Their salads are made fresh on the spot... they cut everything fresh as they need em... they don't store the lettuce pre cut in tubs like most restaurants do. This is just an example of what sets Ben's apart from most places. Well, look no more for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Great rustic look, comfy seating with back support, loads of outlets for laptops, and the second-floor space are super cute and cozy too. Oh and there's a small little outside area that's pretty cool as well. Shaquille (hope I spelled it right) was AMAZING! So down-to-earth, friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. She made me the Tumeric latte for me and I all but licked the cup clean. I had the hummus & cucumber on sourdough toast and it was divine. Also, a great option for vegans. “Absolutely the best bagel there is. Each one no matter the flavor is a delight. And their food that they put on the bagel is delicious. Get there before 3;30 PM if you want sliced cheese because they close the slicer at 3;30. I know if I get there at 3;32 PM the slicer is off. So I get tuna fish instead and it’s about as good as it gets. The staff is friendly and do a good job. What a place!“

“I stopped into Knead a Bagel this morning and had to leave a review because it was honestly one of the best breakfast experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Rima offered to make me a special lox bagel, and wow was it good. I’ve had a lot of lox bagels, but this was genuinely the best one I’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly balanced.. the right amount of lox, cream cheese, and toppings. Nothing was overwhelming and nothing was lacking. Every bite was perfect.

What really stood out, though, was Rima herself. She was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming. You can tell she cares about the food she’s making and the people she’s serving. She completely made my morning and turned a quick breakfast stop into something memorable.

“We visited the place last Saturday. The cheese bread is fresh but not really the bagels we got. We waited so long ; we found out that my daughter’s order was given to someone else but they did not care to replace it at once. When we asked about our order, that’s the time they rushed to prepare it , in less than five minutes, the sandwich was handed to us. When we were in the car since we’re already late for our next appointment, my daughter found out that the replacement was wrong. She paid for plain bagel with double eggs, bacon, and cheese but she was given with plain bagel with cheese only. They asked for our phone number but did not initiate the call. I hope they will do better in their team work.“
