The pink velvet and Banana upside down cake were tasty as well. The staff was nice, and I didn’t have to wait long for my order even ordering ahead. One of selections ended up being sold out and the workers decided to give me a free cookie. I’ll definitely be back, I can’t wait for next’s week lineup.“

“I’ve been meaning to try this bakery for a while now and finally got to try today with my husband. The breads were delicious, soft and chewy and fillings were not too sweet. We tried the hot chocolate with oat milk as well and it was smooth and not too sweet which was just perfect! Service was very friendly and efficient. Loved the small sitting area towards the back side of bakery where you can enjoy some leisure time while enjoying delicious bread and your drink“

“I visited Fabrique Bakery in New York, and it completely exceeded my expectations.

I stumbled upon it while walking toward the Arte Museum, and it turned out to be one of those unexpected gems you feel lucky to discover. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted with the warm aroma of fresh bread, and the atmosphere is beautifully cozy and stylish.

The quality of the pastries and bread is outstanding — the texture, the aroma, everything feels like an authentic European bakery experience. Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve had bread this good in New York.

“Small Japanese cafè on the 2nd floor offering more unique offerings of coffee, tea and pastries. I had an iced black sesame latte with a shot of espresso. The nutty flavor of the sesame works great with the earthy coffee notes, enhancing each other. A maple fig scone was properly dry and subtle. Next, I plan to try their 8-hour filtered cold brew. You can enjoy your coffee at a few of the small tables inside, but more appropriate to sit in the hallway or take-out.

They also sell essential oils, candles and other unique gifts. While they are a little pricey, the quality of the products are high. As long as the coffee grinder isn't going off, they offer a very peaceful experince. Definitely worth a visit!“

If you’re grabbing a bite around lunchtime, you cant beat the focaccia and sandwiches– but the rotating soups/stews on the menu are like a hidden gem. If you come earlier, get one of their delicious cappuccinos and a sampling of pastries. Pictured is a brioche filled with fresh ricotta and lemon curd. Just perfect!“

But the coffee was inacceptable, big bubbles and burning horror.
Also dissapointed by the lemon brioche thing, it goes back to the overly sugary american pastries.“

“Absolutely amazing. Menu changes daily so you're never bored with their options. They have great desserts and their savory pastries are to die for.“

“This is my go to Colombian bakery. I have been a loyal customer since 2012.
Their menu is limited if you are planning to dine in, however, it is quite reliable and consistent. It is pure comfort food.

If you are not that adventurous, I highly recommend their empanadas de carne (beef and potatoes) and pan de bono (cheese bread). Those are usually the favorites of any picky eaters that join us 😁“

“There is so much positive vibes and a flow to how the traffic comes in and leaves. Never have to wait long for a sear to dine in or do some work to prep myself for the day for work. Or to just sit alone reset or plan the layout of my day

This location is small not much choices of all the items available and also seating is limited but the space is small to begin with.

The staff is so caring warm and attentive. Every pastry beverage and prepared products are fresh and staff is out and about moving items cleaning and restocking as soon as they see the need for it.

This is my frequented little cozy shop and I wouldn't have it any other way“

i always reheat the bread when I come home. i don't know how he does it, but the bread still stays moist in the inside and crust gets light crispy on the outside (my guess they retain more moisture bc he uses a brick oven as opposed to an electric oven).

There have been times when I have given them just a general idea for a theme and the product I've received has always blown me away- it's always way more than I could have ever imagined. Stopped in for a bite before work on an office trip. The shop is spacious with plenty of seating. Service was fast and staff were very friendly.
