Ding ding fried noodles were quite authentic, just a bit salty. Lamb pilaf wasn’t greasy, which I liked. Lamb skewers were tender and not gamey.

Service was okay but a bit inexperienced — had to remind for water.

“Amazing experience every time we visit!

The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The Lemon Pepper, Sweet & Spicy, and Hot Honey wings were all excellent, and the smash burgers were juicy and delicious. The mango refreshers were also refreshing and a perfect addition to the meal.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. They greeted us with a smile, answered our questions, and made sure everything came out fresh and exactly as ordered. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days.

I got potato salad. That was delicious a soup with pork in it and vegetables, rice and beans and a vegetable dish with okra and plantains. “This is not a diner in restaurant by far. Its very close to a college campus, but I think thats what adds to the greatness. When Mcdonalds and Wendy's are the fast food options you DONT want, this is the place to go. Coming here to get some great tasting fried chicken, a really good cheeseburger or a plethora of other items in the menu, they dont disappoint. They are open late and I've been going here for more than 5 years multiple times a month. In my opinion, going here is better than eating food from mcdonlds or wendys. A few years ago, the restaurant caught fire and I was sad to day the least. But they came back and its like it never changed. Highly recommended.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at the Chick-fil-A in Wayne Towne Center. We often hear about negative experiences, but exceptional service deserves to be highlighted as well.

Recently, I needed to order approximately 20 Kids Meals for a second-grade class celebration for my daughter's birthday. I was initially hesitant because the catering menu only offered Kids Meals with chips, but I specifically wanted the children to enjoy the classic Chick-fil-A experience with nuggets and waffle fries.

After reaching out, I was connected with the management team, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Manuel Chalas, Zion, and Alvin. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.

A special thank you to Alvin, who stepped in while Manny was out the morning of my order. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled perfectly. He carefully coordinated the pickup time, taking into account my drive to the school and making sure the food would still be fresh and enjoyable when it reached the children. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly impressive.

The order was flawless. Every meal was individually packaged, every toy was included, nothing was missing, and everything was organized perfectly. The food was fresh, accurate, and ready exactly when promised.

What made this experience even more special was seeing the excitement on the children's faces. For some of them, it was their very first time trying Chick-fil-A, and watching them enjoy their meals made the celebration that much sweeter.
