“Not easy to find. You have to enter a building lobby (no signs) and find it inside. The food was excellent, as was the service. We had a large group and it was served family style. Lost one star for noise. The place is very busy and sound reverberates off all the hard surfaces.“

I loved them because they were easy to reserve for a large party and didn’t give me headache at all, where as a lot of NYC restaurants can get annoying if you’re a party of 8+. “Had a wonderful brunch today at Hudson Clearwater. The smoothie was outstanding. This is a quaint rustic spot and deserves all the love for their vegan friendly menu. I chose the blackened fish sandwich and it did not disappoint. The Cole slaw on the brioche bun, lightly covered with tarter sauce, made for a perfect sandwich. Their fries were delectable as well. Great service, and a great meal with my sweetheart.“

“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“An interesting Asian/Japanese fusion restaurant. The food was creative and tasted pretty good. I particularly enjoyed the dungeness crab, lots of yellow crab oil/fat and some crab meat over rice. The silken tofu was also interesting, a bit salty though. The grilled sea bream and half sasso chicken were delicious. Hopefully there will be more dishes added to the menu in the future, as the current menu items seemed a bit limited. Service was good and the atomsohere was also elegant, clean and chic.“

“Tracy was out waiter. She was fantastic. She gave us the history of the restaurant and made some great suggestions. I'm not a huge guac fan but the tuna tartare with that layer of guac on top was fantastic. The steak frites were excellent. My husband had the dry aged burger, it was juicy and tasty. It was our first time there but it certainly won't be our last.“
