“I drive a lot for work and I’m constantly looking for nice wam plate of food! Usually I order to go! When I walked in the place is so cute that I thought it might be allowed to order and go! I was greeted nicely and they had no issues with my request! I paid around what I pay at other places for ox tails. I asked for it to be with Moro. My food came out with Moro on the side, beans, and white rice and the ox tails! But also, added plantain chips, and two cookies! I thought that was a great little gift! I’ll be back to dine here again“

“They serve the best tasting Filipino food I have tasted. My husband and I compared them to 4 other Filipino restaurants. We brought my mother and father-in-law here 3/17 and they APPROVE! “It was me and my best friends first time coming here. We wanted Thai food and most places closed early. We were automatically greeted by Pisha (not sure how to spell her name I apologize) she was very welcoming and sat us at a table quickly and took care of us right away. She also helped us choose what to order and accommodated our dish based off our preference. The food came out pretty quickly, very fresh, delicious and great portion. Everything was seasoned so well. We will definitely come back again. We ordered the spring rolls, pad Thai noodles and Thai fried rice with chicken. We highly recommend trying this restaurant! “Is there anything as comforting on a cold night as slurping thin rice noodles from a rich, deep, stewed-for-hours broth? Others might disagree, but it was what my taste buds were screaming for on a recent blustering cold night. My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant, and the short version of this review is that we not only satisfied my cravings, but I think we've found our favorite Vietnamese spot in the area.

I was bemused by the way they display comically oversized versions of their menu at every table. What I initially considered to be somewhat gimmicky turned out to be quite convenient since everyone at the table was simultaneously viewing the same menu while discussing ordering options.

I love how quickly the food gets to your table at Vietnamese restaurants, and Pho Saigon is no exception. Our crispy spring rolls arrived mere minutes after ordering, and they were everything I'd want from a good fried appetizer - meaty, flavorful, and hot enough to do some of those open-mouthed dragon breaths after your first bite. My beef pho was also fantastic, with the broth perfectly redolent of all the spices that imparted their flavors. But I was most impressed with my husband's chicken vermicelli bowl. The meat was beautifully seasoned and, once mixed with the supplied sauce, made for a light and refreshing meal. It'll definitely be my next order when I'm here (and, if it weren't already clear enough, I'm most certainly going be back for more).

Service is polite and blazingly efficient. If you're in the area and cursed with the craving for solid Vietnamese food, don't miss this restaurant.“

“Luke's lobster is known for the lobster dishes, as the lobster rolls but I went there looking for a clam chowder (New England style) and wasn't disappointed. Creamy and tasty. I missed a touch of bacon, but I guess this is not on the traditional recipe.
And next time I should definitely go for the lobster roll.

“They are known for making their own tofu. Their tofu soup is pretty good. They have this powder, which I think is perilla powder, that gives it a unique broth flavor. Bibimbap is good as well; the pork is marinated very well and is tender. I don't really like the service here tho. I asked which dish do you recommend, and they said everything and just walked me through the items in the menu lol. Food also takes a while to come out.“

The food tasted better than I expected, but while I was eating the soup I ordered, I felt a bit uncomfortable feeling the thin sand chewing on the rice.
I was halfway through eating it because I couldn't eat it anymore so I threw it away.

The boneless spare ribs were really good, striking a good balance between the sweet and savory that boneless spare ribs typically have. The roast pork egg roll was delicious and savory. The portion quantities are good to fill up the stomach and I’m too full by the end of my meal and couldn’t finish it. I think the price that we are putting the quantities will be justified. I only ever ordered delivery because my brother is living at a Senior Rehabilitation center on W190 st. I was surprised to find the Chicken and Broccoli not drenched in oil or overcooked! It's not salty or full of MSG like other typical Take outs. Everything I ordered showed a true experienced cook. No lumpy gelatinous "gravy" although I always make it a point to ask for little gravy and they actually followed my request! I don't ever judge a Chinese restaurant by its decor. Some of the BEST ethnic foods I've had, we less than inviting. I get why they do not bother w the "atmosphere" but focused on good food. I get that it would be nice to be able to enjoy going there if you are a long time patron but I used to love a place called Peking Duck in Chinatown until they moved to a new space and changed to an upscale look and soon the food was not at all the same. Perhaps the chef left but I still missed the dishes they used to make to perfection. So don't fix what's not broken. If this is the only Chinese restaurant near you count your lucky stars bc they do authentic Chinese cooking.“

Price is still amazing for lunch deals around $8~$12, portions are generous, and ultimately foods are great.

“I came here for a casual dining experience and had a great time. I ordered the dumpling sampler and the shredded beef mini bao. I personally enjoyed the chicken and vegetable dumplings the most—they had a soft texture and delicious flavor. The shredded beef bao was also excellent—the beef was tender and paired perfectly with the soft, fluffy bao.

My daughter ordered the chicken dumplings and really liked them as well.

We also tried the jasmine tea, which was warm and very pleasant—light and refreshing, a great match for the meal.

“The Parrot Restaurant in Yonkers is one of the best Spanish restaurants in the area. They offer amazing family meals at unbelievable prices. Unlike others, their food is incredibly fresh. For example, even the white rice tastes like it was made the same day. The beans are very well-seasoned, and when you order the bean stew, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find carrots and potatoes—ingredients often overlooked at many Spanish restaurants.
