My gf got the “Toni Ann” and she couldn’t talk while we were eating together because she wouldn’t stop stuffing her face. After she said the chicken cutlet was cooked perfect, mozzarella was fresh, peppers were exquisite. Overall experience was just mind-blowing. I’d recommend Ferraro’s to any person, local or travelers, you NEED to stop and eat here.“

We were not rushed and enjoyed every savory bit of food that was put before us. They also catered to me being a vegetarian. “We've been ordering here for a while now. It's one of the better NY/NJ style pizzas in the area without being too specialized.Their pasta and meat menu items are where they are best - looking at you Chicken Puicinella and Cavatelli with Broccoli.For appetizers, they have great wings which are crispy, the way I like them. Also, the fried calamari uses a very light batter, so it's not too heavy.We've ordered trays from them twice for parties and we weren't disappointed in the quantity provided and they were affordable.“

“Luna Rossa is an exceptional restaurant which is run by a loyal and dedicated team under the direction of Adrian. Our first time visiting this establishment was with a party of 10. Adrian took all of our orders including appetizers without writing anything down. The food was delivered to perfection. I am astounded by the diversity of the menu, the ability to switch out sides, the quality and taste of the food. The chefs are talented and cook to delight every palate. I can not say enough about this wonderful restaurant including their staff Carlos, Kevin, and everyone that works so hard to deliver memorable meals. I look forward to going back soon. Thank you!“

“my review is for the amazing pepperoni slice I just grabbed for lunch. it had a crispy, thin crust with no flop. the sauce was a nice balance of sweet and tangy. the cheese was not excessive, and the pepperoni wasn’t too greasy. I added pepper flakes and oregano because that’s how I like my pizza, but it would be perfectly delicious without it.“

“There are a lot of Italian restaurants in the Heights but Anthony doesn’t disappoint despite a small storefront. It is mostly takeout but there are couple tables out front if the weather is nice. My favorites are the chicken parm and porcini chicken. Both are outstanding dishes and the portions are pretty massive.“

“My girlfriend and I came to pavesi last night and the entire experience was out of this world. From the immediate attention of our server Seth, to the amazing food Chef Sam made to the atmosphere. To start the food is out of this world, there are few restaurants who can faithfully say they serve fresh Italian cuisine on the daily but let me tell you this place IS one of the few. The similarities of chef sam’s dishes to the dishes I have eaten in Italy are uncanny. With every bite was a blast back to sitting in Tuscany or Rome eating true Italian cuisine. The entire staff was beyond welcoming and super tentative at making sure we had a great experience. You know a restaurant is quality when the chef is making rounds at the tables personally asking how your experience was and how the food taste. He truly cares about his perfection and it shows not only in the amazing taste but the attention to detail and making sure you are enjoying yourselfs. I am Not one to ever leave a review on a website but for this restaurant I will twice on Sunday, the chef made my girlfriend and I feel like we were celebrities, a franky Sinatra if you will based off the amazing food and ambiance. ALL AROUND 10/10. OH it’s a BYOB as well to make it even better. There’s a quality wine store 2 doors down so don’t sweat it if you forgot. highly recommend.“

“It's always a delight to eat at Bruno's Bistro. The atmosphere is so warm and friendly. We're visiting family and getting to eat delicious, freshly prepared food. Some of our favorites are the cheese gnocchi with crabmeat in vodka sauce, short ribs, and the paroadelle bolognese. The pistachio dessert is to die for. Their whipped cream is homemade and to perfection. Mangia and enjoy!“

“The food is excellent and so is the service! I’ve been coming here for years and the quality never changes. We had the long hots, mozz corozza, seafood salad and a chicken dish. The chicken cutlet was thin but not dry at all! It fell apart and the sauce was delicious. The seafood salad is my favorite, not a lot of lettuce and tossed in a delicious lemon and olive oil light dressing. It compliments the dish perfectly! Dessert was great too! Just go, you will not be disappointed.“

“Went here on the recommendation of a co-worker, who knows the owner.
This place did not disappoint.
It has a small wine list that covers some areas. They have some very good South American labels.
The food was delicious. Our party tried the gnocchi, Parpadelle Bolognese, Sea Food Fra Diavolo, Penne ala Scampi.
The portions were not skimpy and everyone enjoyed their meals.
Give this place a try it will not dissapoint

“We were there for my daughters birthday this past Saturday. My wife and my daughter's boyfriend had the seared salmon which they loved. My daughter had the chicken parm, which she said was good. Her only "complaint" was that the sauce was a bit too sweet for her taste, but the portion was good and the chicken was cooked well. My son enjoyed his pepperoni pizza. He's not very adventerous. I had the Capellini Napoletani. It was very good. The capellini was cooked perfectly for my taste as was the shrimp, clams and calamari. Very tender. The sauce was great. This is our go-to for great food and is my wife's favorite. She is returning with coworkers for lunch on Tuesday. Service is top notch. Keep up the good work. We'll definately be returning.“

“every time i go i have wonderful experience, the food is always delicious and the staff are wonderful…nothing to complain. The last time my family and i went a waitress made her own decision to change our order. my husband and i shared a plate and we were supposed to get one salad to share too, my parents the same thing. instead of getting 2 salads to share she made her own decision to bring a bigger and more expensive salad for the four of us to share. Good thing my dad checked the bill and was able to spot it. The waitress did try to explain but it didn’t make sense and then later we saw on the bill that she gave us something we didn’t ask for. this never happened before but just always make sure you check the bill before paying. the manager was wonderful and very helpful about it.“

“We dined last night. We have been dining at ilvilagio for 20+years while we do like the men who usually serve us they can be slow and easily distracted talking with customers they know. We had a young lady last night who was so pleasant and absolutely adorable, she made food recommendations that were spot on and knew the menu items well enough to tell us the ingredients. She did everything herself from taking the order to serving the food and clearing the table. I'm impressed. She was so cute and funny that she made our night exceptional. I didn't get her name but she was the only girl there. Thanks for making our night special.“

The only thing we didn't like was the boardwalk pizza- zero flavor so that was a little disappointing. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stop here for lunch or dinner for their delicious meals, salads and antipasto bar!“
