“I spend some time in Wildwood every year for a family vacation and we always look for new places to try. We had ice cream the other night, along with some milkshakes, and everything was fantastic (especially the chocolate milkshakes). We decided to go back the next morning for breakfast and once again, everything was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the food was great and we can’t wait to go back again. You can’t ask for much more! It’s definitely on the list of places I’ll have to visit every time I vacation here.“

“Where do I start … at the beginning … Mr softee has always held a special place in my heart since childhood memories recall the days when my friends and I would get so excited to hear music coming from the truck as it made its way down our street … to my visit tonight at the brick and mortar location in CMCH NJ. This location is clean on the inside and has a drive thru.

The other thing I love is that while I enjoy soft serve I also enjoy hard ice cream and this location offers both. Although their hard ice cream flavor offering is limited but covers your basic chocolate strawberry vanilla along with a couple of other flavors.

Tonight we wanted milkshakes and they were delicious!

But what really stood out was the young boy who served me at the drive thru window. His customer service was EXEMPLARY. He was articulate, helpful, patient and sociable. I hope his parents see this review so that they know that they are knocking the parenting thing out of the park!

My only regret is that I didn’t get his name!

We will certainly return and hope that the “boss” gives that boy a generous bonus or raise.

Just the one lady been there lat least ,10 times one lady she's always the the same she don't seem happy to be there at all not very friendly rushes to do things other then that is good but it makes the experience not so happy“

“The coconut and egg nog ice cream and rain sherbet were excellent. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, management failed to provide adequate signage that table service began at 7 pm. Our visit was at 430 pm and we were disappointed by this. I advise the management to improve their signage and online information.“

“Highly recommend Cone Crazy for customized ice cream cakes! I needed a Beach themed cake for my cousin’s 50th birthday and they were so easy to work with. The owner Steve provided his cell# for easier communication which I really appreciated. Not only was the ice cream cake absolutely delicious, they did an amazing job with the design. My cousin was so thrilled to have a beach themed cake with her favorite ice cream flavors for her milestone birthday! Another time and was riding looking for my brother and went up to multiple places for water but I didn’t have money and the gave me a free water nobody else did. Parking is difficult but we had a driver and she had Baby Rasharda to keep her company!! I would have drove but I was day drinking Garage Beer all day, then we went for a boat ride and Captain Billy had me shook!! This place does get packed but it is worth the wait! Only thing that could make this place better while you wait would be to have Bieber continuously singing Yummy!!!“

I called in a day before to make sure that I could get a cake for my niece , and he confirmed the opening time was 11 am , I was early the next day for 10 minutes and surprisingly he opened the door at 1050 am and welcomed me in to sort me out ! He was way cool and patient about the questions I had and explained well , I got a few ice creams for my staff back in the office and he made all of them with a smile . The longer version is our daughter has Celiac’s Disease and when we asked if they could do hers gluten free, Annalise was amazing and took it very seriously. She was actually training a new employee and used the opportunity to go through the process step by step with him. She honestly reminded me of the people they discover on the show Undercover Boss. It was obvious not only how much she cared about ensuring our daughter had a safe experience, but also to properly train her employee, and overall just the pride she had in her work. “My family and I went to Rita's in Rio Grande this past Sunday for Sundae Sunday Night were all Sundae's were half price. Nearly all of the parking lot was full and there were about 7-8 people ahead of us, but we got to the cashier to place our orders in about 10 minutes. The cashier was very friendly while taking our orders and ringing us up. We each had sundaes and as always, the custard was absolutely delicious. All of the toppings were great as well with the exception of the gummy bears which were pretty rock hard. They were almost the consistency of JuJuBees. I tried my husband's and my God, I had to turn back and get one for myself. I had the orange flavored icee coupled with vanilla soft serve. It was delicious. I have no regrets.“

Parking is also a bit crazy here . Everything is paid parking. And sometimes tough to get . Kids had fun with ice creams . Vanilla scoops are good . It’s a little pricey but ok for boardwalk style outlets . Good experience overall .“

The owners were very welcoming towards me and my partner, and guided us on where the entrance is! 💕 She as well asked how everything was and the frozen yogurt while we gave our feedback of what flavors we ended up picking! “Cash only. I really like their variety of ice cream flavors offered, especially the brookie dough. The line does get long and it does not move quickly. Service is slow, as they have limited employees working and limited space for those employees. Even with the wait, I still visit a couple of times each year. There is sufficient street parking - we usually drive there and have never had a problem finding parking within a two minute or less walk.

Parking: Plenty of parking available within a 2 minutes or less walk.
