“My family and I went to Rita's in Rio Grande this past Sunday for Sundae Sunday Night were all Sundae's were half price. Nearly all of the parking lot was full and there were about 7-8 people ahead of us, but we got to the cashier to place our orders in about 10 minutes. The cashier was very friendly while taking our orders and ringing us up. We each had sundaes and as always, the custard was absolutely delicious. All of the toppings were great as well with the exception of the gummy bears which were pretty rock hard. They were almost the consistency of JuJuBees. We will definitely be back for another round of Sundaes on Sunday in the future.“

As of July 2024 they have two vegan options, berry in vanilla (tastes like mostly strawberry) and they have vanilla even though it's not listed in the menu. They even make vegan waffles (not listed on the menu, by request only) although they said it sells out fast so they don't have them often.

“This is one of the neatest little places we stumbled upon. The ice cream is one of the best we have ever had..I highly recommend the salted caramel pretzel. And inside it is straight out of the 50s. Sit in a car at the drive in, a classic diner or in a memorabilia. There's things to look at every where you look. We visit multiple times each time we are in Wildwood.“

It's a donut cut in half, they drizzle your choice of topping on one side, a generous scoop of ice cream on the other, squish it together and pop it in some kind of waffle maker looking device to seal the deal. Then they roll the whole thing in sugar. Honestly, they're a little pricy at $10 a piece, considering what it is. But it was a unique treat. The woman at the counter was friendly, we were there in the off season and they weren't busy so we chatted with her for a bit. “I'm a big fan of boba tea, so I've tried it from several places on the Wildwood boardwalk. In my opinion, theirs has the best taste and is actually served cold unlike a lot of other places on the boards. I asked for a medium and was literally $0.50 short. “Been coming to CM for years and Uncle C’s is always a must stop. There are a lot of choices in town but none give you as much ice cream and toppings as Uncle C’s. Of all the area shops this is the best. The only negative, and this applies to all of the ice cream stops, is the price…its expensive at $12 for a sundae. But again, they all are in that price range so for the money this is the number one Ice Cream in town.“

“Buddys is Located inside of woodland village. What a super cute little place. Unfortunately we came after the rest of the village closed at 5pm. But buddys is open until 10pm. We were met by a cheerful young lady. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from, in ice cream and sorbet. I had brownie cookie dough and moose tracks. I wanted hot fudge but they only had chocolate syrup. My husband had raspberry sorbet. Both were delicious and reasonably priced! We will be back again when the village is open and for more ice cream. YUM“

“I came here all the time as a kid and so did my girlfriend. It was so nostalgic to come back to Kohr Bros and still have a fantastic experience. There was a worker named Annalisa (I hope I’m spelling it right) who made our experience so inviting. Parking is also a bit crazy here . Everything is paid parking. And sometimes tough to get . Kids had fun with ice creams . Vanilla scoops are good . It’s a little pricey but ok for boardwalk style outlets . Good experience overall .“

“When I was on the Wildwood Boardwalk I was surprised when I came across something called “Polish Water Ice” I’ve heard of Italian ice but never Polish ice so I decided to give it a try. It is much smoother and almost creamy like it was also sweeter. I would recommend you stop for some Polish Water Ice on a hot day.“

The Ricotta jam toast was the perfect combination of sweet (blueberries were just perfect) and creamy. Adorable location with a beautiful view that just cant be beat. Kind staff, quick service too.
