“Pat’s has been a staple for our house for years. The #1 pick for both my wife and I are the Wally salads. I’m not a huge salad person but I would choose this any day. Everything tastes fresh.

The Chipotle chicken flatbread is also really great. That chipotle sauce drizzled over it takes it to the next level.

They also have great wraps. My favorite are the Southwest Chicken wrap and the Caesar Chicken Wrap.

I definitely don’t want to end this without mentioning their house-made chips. My wife and I had loved them since we started ordering and we’re excited that they’re finally available as a separate side.“

“This was one of our most memorable dinners of 2025 so far — everything we ordered was delicious.

We started with the marinated tomatoes with stracciatella and the focaccia, then had the Thai basil tagliatelle with crab and the breaded pork chop as mains, and finished with the corn brûlée and blueberry pâte à choux for dessert.

The marinated tomatoes with the focaccia were an excellent pairing, and the tagliatelle was a surprisingly delightful fusion — spicy, flavorful, and very well balanced. The pork chop was excellent too: juicy and flavorful, though slightly undercooked near the bone. The corn brûlée was fantastic, while the pâte à choux was the only dish that didn’t quite hit the mark.

Overall, the food was outstanding and the space was very cozy. Our only wish was for slightly better ventilation in the restaurant, but otherwise, it was an amazing dining experience.“

She severed over 30 people from Appetizers to dessert all with a smile . She helped set everything up and was amazing . Great food and atmosphere! “This past spring my family and I took a roadtrip out east and after spending a day in Philadelphia watching the Union (MLS) we ventured into NJ in search of some local Italian eateries. It was a Sunday evening and not many establishments were open however we were fortunate Vitale's Italian Bistro was the exception. Warm welcoming staff greeted us, prompt and attentive wait service, and delicious food in abundance! It was a wonderful evening and a fine way in capping off our 10 day east coast road trip!“

Entrees: Miso glazed sea bass or filet with stuffed lobster tail both Devine! The owner is sadly gonna keep losing money if the server doesn't step up his game. From now on, when we go in , we will ask for the servers we have had and we recognize.“

“My niece had her law school graduation party here the other night and the entire family, 21 of us, cannot say enough about the excellent food and service that we received. My elderly mother and I were early when they were still setting up, and they welcomed us with open arms and got us some coffee because it was so rainy and cold. The food was excellent. We had many courses, and my sister-in-law said that they were extremely accommodating and offered many choices at a good price for the menu. The owner was lovely to work with. I cannot say enough about how excellent the food was as was the superb service that we received from the entire team. They were on every need amidst a very busy restaurant while navigating around walkers and people like absolute pros... with a smile on their face the entire time. Back when they wr near the location of the current bank in the shopping center see picture below johns bought it from a family who used to sell burgers.
