“SUGARED prepared the most delicious and beautiful dessert table for my daughter’s holy communion. We had a custom cake, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and mini cheesecakes. I was asked all night where everything was from and received compliments on how delicious everything was. I have never thrown a party where every last piece of cake was eaten and this was the event it happened for! Sha was amazing to work with when designing my vision and knocked it out of the park!!!”

“Pasta making class Olivia was excellent. She understands the regions of Italy and was able to prep and explain with ease and grace. A participant asked about cacio e pepe, which was not on the agenda, and Olivia quickly prepared the basic but difficult to nail sauce. It was spot on. Would def recommend HBB to friends and family. One suggestion though - supplying guests with aprons would be helpful!”

“Definitely the best Pho joint in Philly. This is one of the Pho 75 mini-chain restaurants starting in DC & Northern VA area (7 corners). Solid broth, chewy noodles and loads of different cut of meats. Add-on prices are also reasonable ($2.5 for meatballs as an example). Service is just meh... but you don't come here for service....”

“Not kidding. Our table of 4 ordered nearly everything in the menu. Each bite was delicious, balanced, nuanced, worldly, fresh, and inventive. We ordered a second dish of the carrots, and also the cukes. Dessert was outstanding. Interesting wines, including a chilled Croatian wine that paired well with every dish. Definitely returning. “Hidden Gem! The staff- so delightful. Went for the first time and was guided by a magical lady who guided us on how to order. The food- QUALITY. The tacos are stuffed! Prices seem high but when you get the goods, it all makes sense. The two of use ordered a variety of tacos (6) and took two home with us because we were stuffed. “We had a good, not great meal here. For the price (which was considerable) we were definitely expecting a bit more. The cocktails were great and the service great, the food was a bit underwhelming. We went with the tasting menu instead of a la carte and found the dishes good, but not anything particularly special. They were very accommodating with an allergy which was very nice. I'd like to try the bar menu but probably don't need another dining room experience.”

Now live in Key West for last 30 years but specifically make sure each time I come up to see family I go to Villa Di Roma, clams casino, asparagus, gravy and the people there that run it all family. Amazing piece of the food history of the Italian market that is a must try anytime.”

“I am still glowing in the warmth of the chic and cozy atmosphere, incredible service, and unbelievably delicious meal I had this evening. This was my first visit to Miss Rachel’s Pantry, and it was outstanding from start (delectable biscuits) to finish (pineapple upside down cake with coconut ice cream). While I regularly enjoy vegetarian cuisine, I’m an omnivore and haven’t had much experience with vegan food. Chef Rachel and team’s vegan cuisine was beyond my wildest imagination — a visual and culinary work of art. So delicious- I will definitely be back again soon and regularly! Don’t hesitate!
