The bacon, egg and cheese was so good the teenager inhaled two in record time. My sausage, egg and cheese was also scrumptious. Would highly recommend.“

“I always get great service in this place. The food is fantastic (especially for the price). Their salads are made fresh on the spot... they cut everything fresh as they need em... they don't store the lettuce pre cut in tubs like most restaurants do. This is just an example of what sets Ben's apart from most places. Now, yes, I know they pride themselves for their bagels, but truth be told, I don't eat bagels... but my wife LOVES their bagels. -Boots“

Ended up ordering a lox bagel and peanut butter jelly turkey bacon bagel with a biscoff latte and Oreo latte. “Some of the best hand rolled bagels in NJ. Great crisp crust and wonderfully chewy textured inside. For those that are complaining they do not have a griddle, I believe they have a Kosher certification which means no meat can be served here since they use cream cheese (dairy). This was our go to bagel place when we lived in Fair Lawn, now we live in SC, and we come here to stock up on bagels to take south on every visit to NJ.“

“This is our favorite place for bagels in Tenafly. We moved from NYC and missed our morning bagels and thought we’d never find a good replacement. Their bagels are soft enough but not doughy and their everything bagel has the perfect amount of seasoning. I like that this bagel has a little salt in the seasoning and a little onion bite. “That was as close to perfect as a bagel can be. The shop definitely has seen better days as some of the cases for drinks were completely empty and it could definitely use a bit of cleaning but to me none of that matters because the bagel that I had was Perfectly crispy, amazing flavor, has the right amount of chew, and my vegetable cream cheese was chock full of fresh vegetables. It’s clearly a family run business and the person selling you the bagel is the person whos been perfecting the bagel recipe for however many decades theyve been in business.“
