Positive low key energetic vibe ( Edward) The breakfast egg/ cheese wraps are always fresh & hot (recomd new GReen Godess sndwch) and the coffee is also reliably fresh & can be customized to your exact preference. Sweetness / milk etc. I'm not there every week but when I go it's always positive & satisfying no matter who's working!! Customers are cool too. “This is a pleasant addition to town, and obviously quite popular. I only gave 2 stars for food because despite having a collection of 3 nondairy milks (75 cent upcharge not appreciated!) there is not a single food item a vegan or person with dairy issues can eat. Also, the only place you can sit and work on a device is the big table, which is usually full. Every other sitting area has tables that are the same height or lower than the chairs/stools so really not back friendly. Service is good and nice minimalist vibe-- will be back!

Response to owner: Regarding vegan pastries, if they are indeed vegan (dairy, egg, butter honey free) then why not label them as such or at least put up a little sign that says ask us about our vegan options?“

“Great coffee, We stopped at Roast’d coffee shop before heading to NYC, great experience; the pour over coffee was fantastic. Johan was quite friendly explaining different coffee beans as he roasted them and brews the coffee. I tried the espresso as well brewed from 3 different beans, very tasty. Now this is our favorite place to have coffee when traveling to NYC. We talked with local customers, so good vibes and recommendations. Awesome place if you love good coffee.“

“Around 6:30 in the evening on weekdays, the store is almost full, business is pretty good, and the store also takes a lot of takeout orders.
The two of us ordered a bowl of mixed beef pho, a fried spring roll and a pork bun, and were very satisfied with everything. The fried spring rolls were very hot when they were freshly fried. They were crispy on the outside and filled with minced pork. They were delicious with the dipping sauce. There are three pork buns in a portion, and the fillings are crispy pork belly, pickled radish and sweet noodle sauce. This combination is unexpectedly harmonious and very satisfying. It is my favorite. The beef rice noodles contain beef tendons, beef slices and beef balls. There is not much meat but a lot of rice noodles. The soup is sweet and has a bit of Chinese medicine. It is just right for two people to share a bowl.“

Not a great hangout spot because of the size, but if you’re looking to support a small business in the surprisingly small specialty coffee industry of Westchester this is a great place to visit!“

“Went for the first time yesterday to do homework and I was pleasantly surprised! The turmeric latte was exactly what I wanted on a chilly morning and the eggo sando on a croissant was delicious ? there’s lot of cute seating areas inside and out, and the decor is super cute. I also tried the matcha cucumber and loved it so much I went back today to get another and pick up some croissants. Yesterday they were pretty busy and the person working, Carlos (who was alone at the time) had really great customer service and my drink and food came out so quick every time. Today, way more busy and more people working and still my drink came out really quick! Been telling my friends and family about this place!“

“The only cozy cafe in on this side of town corner cafe is nostalgic of the tiny coffee shops you would find in soho filled with magic adorning its walls with all different kinds of trinkets from tea sets to wall decor to little keep sakes … the staff is very friendly and not over baring the atmosphere is that of a soft bosonova playslist and the aroma of Turkish coffee fills the air… by far my fav !!!!“

“Really good coffee! Got a decaf latte with soy milk and the beans are ethyl acetate washed but the transparency of the process demonstrates how it is still natural and sustainable.
Spot is decent for work, just music, small space, and limited seating make it hard to stay long or take any calls. Other Ethan that good!
Also heads up if you like spicy chai like me, their concentrate is unfortunately on the sweeter side.“

“It can get busy! Great place to get some work done. They have this beautiful room in the back that is a laptop free zone. And they have a working zone in the front. The soup definitely tasted like it came from the supermarket and was microwaved but besides that the service was great and coffee was good!“
