“Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. “Went with wife and father. Wife had the Golden Cloud cold coffee was outstanding. I had the latte the flavor and temperature were perfect. My father had the Americano he said it was really good. My father and I had the Madeline which was excellent. The server was really efficient and friendly. The place is immaculately clean. I had the ube pan de sal and the Kashmir cardamom latte with oat milk. I absolutely love both! The location seemed surprising at first, it’s located in a larger office complex, but inside it feels comfortable with warm lighting and plenty of seating.
