“I have not had such an enjoyable experience with delivery in a long time. I was absolutely blown away by the flavor of the food, not to mention the portion sizes. I don’t leave reviews often, but these guys deserve it. I will undoubtedly order from here again. This may become my go-to Asian-ish door dash source! I am so happy to see that not all establishments are cutting down on portion size and quality to match price points.“

“Too difficult to buy a cup of coffee here, the coffee ordering set up should be in the front, not the back and why is it so dark in the back? I want to like this place but it has no vibe…just the sight of staffers running around. The Hostess always looks bored and the back is like a madhouse. It’s one of the only places to get a cup of coffee ☕ near to Rittenhouse Park but where it’s well lit, it’s a quiet upscale grocery shop but the back feels like you’ve entered a subway station at rush hour!

Not sure what the remedy is but I’d suggest that you open up the front space, remove the annoying velvet rope and stop putting “reserved” signs on all of the tables (just sit people there who want to enjoy a cup of coffee for 15 minutes). This is a beautiful spot, but boy does it stress me out once you walk in the back.

Put on Italian music and hire some drop dead gorgeous guy or gal who knows how to convey ITALIAN WARMTH to customers!!! Every time I walk in the hostess is shy. She should be greeting guests and be IN FRONT, not planted at the podium.

Got the beef chilaquiles with an ube vietnamese iced coffee, and my boyfriend got the beef rice bulgogi with a salted foam iced coffee. “I love Matcha Maiko NYC and thought I’d try the one here in Philly. I got the normal matcha latte with 50% sugar, whole milk, and normal ice. The latte itself came out not as dark as I expected, maybe too much milk was added and little matcha. The service was amazing tho, the lady at the counter was really nice and patient as I decided what to get. Aesthetics of the cafe were also great, very minimal and cozy vibes. “This is very overdue but after this past weekend, I had to take the time to write. This past weekend Dean and his crew catered another party for us. This was the 2nd time and we could not believe the food could be better than it was last October, but it was! The roasted pepper deviled eggs and the lamb meatballs were spectacular. We are a family of chefs and Dean cooks like we would for our own family and friends. Actually, maybe better! Thank you Dean for making our housewarming party so delicious!!!“

I recently discovered Good Karma Cafe and I'm hooked! This charming spot exceeded my expectations with its warm atmosphere, top-notch service, and delicious food.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, happily answering our questions about the menu. We indulged in their mouthwatering chicken sandwiches on sourdough bread, paired with refreshing lemonade and iced tea. The cozy back dining room, adorned with vibrant art and lush greenery, made for a pleasant dining experience.

Their breakfast and brunch menu boasts an array of tempting options, making me eager to return. Standouts include the Colonel Mustard sandwich and almond croissant.

Good Karma Cafe excels in:

“Small cafe with 3 small tables (2 chairs per table), came by for a quick brunch. There were 2 employees when we came by Cashier/Barista and the chef. The Cashier/Barista was very nice and the food was pretty simple but good. My one year old toddler loved their Orzo Risotto, unfortunately there was no high chair but we made it work.“

Just as we were sitting down to eat our food the worker decided to open the doors to carry all the outdoor furniture in then kept them open while he changed trash outside too. “I am a division 1 athlete and we have all had all of our preseason meals here for years and every year they never disappoint. Their chefs always make sure to accommodate any dietary restrictions, preferences, and with eating there every day for a month they make sure we never get sick of eating the same thing. The tables are often visibly dirty, and wiping them with a wet tissue leaves the tissue brown, which suggests they are not being cleaned thoroughly or frequently enough. The Wi-Fi is also very unreliable. It is frequently slow, unavailable, or repeatedly disconnects.
