“My family had reservations for 2 pm on Thanksgiving. We were a few minutes early, but were sat promptly at 2. A gentleman approached us and gave us water and bread. A few minutes later our fabulous server Fey greeted us. The food was done perfectly, served hot and was delicious. Thank you Adelphia's for a wonderful meal. Happy Thanksgiving!🦃“

“I had a chicken gyro. You can get it on whole wheat pita bread, which was curiously flavorful, and grilled to a crunchy texture on the outside. The chicken was slightly dry, although the tzatziki sauce helped moisten it up. Consider getting the lamb.

I substituted olives since onions don't like me. It also came with lettuce & tomato.

This is a healthier option than most of the other places in the food court (with the exception of Jalapenos next door, which I read is related).“

“I ordered for pick-up tonight and the storm blew down a tree across my street. I called and they offered to bring it to me despite the downed tree and storm. I was totally surprised and impressed when the driver walked two blocks to get the food to us. Oh, and it was delicious too.“

Because we were a party of 2 and ordered many courses , the server staggered our food so we could enjoy every morsel We started with soup. I had the lentil my husband had Moroccan Bean. Both were so wonderful we we started sharing. I was looking forward to the taramasalata all day. When it came to the table along with warmed pita bread it did not disappoint. On to the falafel: which were some of the best we ever sampled. Not finished yet, next we had lamb kafta. Which were succulent and prepared to perfection. Our final course was the superb moussaka. The eggplant melted in our mouth with each bite and the ground beef and béchamel enhanced the flavor to a higher level Our only disappoint was we didn't have room left for dessert. And it is the best $20 you can spend on a food truck in Philadelphia. In a portion easily feeding 2 people, this falafel truck is worth every bit of praise and acclaim it gets.
Gus is one of the kindest people you will meet, and he is constantly mixing up his dish to surprise you with a combination of chicken, falafel, pasta, veggies and fruit that will make you ask how in the world anyone could make such a combination work so effortlessly.

“Came in on Saturday last week for my birthday and tonight for my girlfriend’s birthday. The atmosphere is chill the views are amazing. Our servers have been engaging and knowledgeable. And the food is outstanding. Last week we did the chef’s tasting with the whole fish as the main course ($90 per person). Tonight we got the fritto misto, the eggplant and eggplant caponata, and the swordfish with green garlic for the apps. The rigatoni, spaghetti, and the trophie for the second course (pasta full plates) and the half chicken for the main course. Everything was delicious but the trophie pistachio pesto stood out as the best dish for my girlfriend and I. We finished the night with two cappuccino’s and tiramisu. It is a little pricey but worth every penny. If you’re looking for excellent food, a great atmosphere and beautiful views Irwin’s is the place. In my opinion Irwin’s and Meetinghouse in Fishtown are the two coolest restaurants in Philly.“

“It's inside the Reading Terminal Market. Eat in or take away. There were several stools when I chose them for lunch, from all the options there. They have chicken, and lamb/beef combo roasting in front of you, they cut your sandwich from. Fresh tomato and onion bits inside a Pita. There is a white sauce, which I didn't have. Sandwich can come with fries and coke for under $15. I got a smaller portion of fries. All fresh and tasty. service was attentive and speedy. Very pleased with my visit.“

The shawarma was nice with added veggies but taste wise was nice but nothing that would knock your socks off. The toum sauce is a great accompaniment with the shawarma and overall the meal is a nice to have if you haven't tried. The staff is courteous and considerate of their customer needs“

Paying 17$ for a sandwich with no sides or $20 for a bowl that has small amount of protein and some veggies mostly rice seems a little high to me.“
