More than anything, Bee's Knees was a dream to work with ahead of time - they were incredibly flexible and timely with space access, design of the space, and answering our multitude of questions. The dumplings, beet salad, scallops, brussel sprouts,and stuffed shrimp were all delicious! The drinks were great. Dessert selection was nice - the lemon tart was fantastic. “Casa Lever is simply one of the absolute best Italian restaurants in New York City. Every time you go, it’s a sure thing.

The ambiance is beautiful. The room, the lighting, the artwork, everything feels elegant and thoughtfully designed. It’s classic New York with a refined Italian sensibility that runs through every detail.

The food is spectacular. You can tell they use the best ingredients and care deeply about quality, down to the smallest touches. Everything feels intentional and elevated.

The service is equally exceptional. Antonio, the maître d’, is wonderful. He is friendly, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. The entire team makes you feel taken care of without ever being overbearing.

And the attention to detail really extends everywhere. The bathrooms are immaculate and always have an attendant, stocked with beautiful products from Santa Maria Novella and Diptyque. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot about the level of care they bring to the entire experience.

As part of the Sant Ambroeus family, Casa Lever represents the very top tier of what they do. It’s a true New York staple and has been for years. In my opinion, it’s one of the best.. if not the best Italian restaurant in the city.“
