“Great food here! I had to drive 40 minutes to get here, but the food makes it worth it! The service is great, the fish is excellent, and the atmosphere is friendly. The restroom is clean, but the only problem is the opening hour is a bit late. Overall, great experience. Would definitely come back again. Possibly the best fish soup in NJ.“

“I ordered the Sweet and Sour Squirrel Bass and Shanghai Smoked Fish. The smoked fish tasted so authentic — just like what I had in Suzhou! Perfectly marinated, flavorful, and not greasy at all. The squirrel bass was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and cooked to perfection. The fish is freshly prepared — they literally have a tank right by the entrance, so you know it’s super fresh!“

“We love this restaurant! My husband and I came here multiple times in one week after we decided to try it. The food is very fresh, and the teas are tasty. The dessert is also very good! We recommend the tomato sauce with egg and beef dish and the baked fried rice with curry sauce. If you order on their website it is a 3rd party that delivers and charges add’l delivery fees. It happened to me a few weeks ago and when I called the restaurant they explained what’s been happening. “The Chinese restaurant we used for years recently changed owners, and was not to our liking anymore. This was our first time ordering here and we were very pleased. I placed an order online and was it was delivered 20 minutes early. We ordered the kung pao chicken (extra spicy) combo, sesames chicken combo and wonton soup. All were tasty and fresh. We found our new Chinese restaurant. Can't wait to try some of the other dishes.“

Noodles Time is amazing! I absolutely loved the pig intestines—they were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. But the real highlight was the duck noodle soup—it was to die for! The broth was rich and aromatic, and the duck was incredibly tender. The staff is super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!“

“I think I found my favorite Asian seafood spot in the area. I am absolutely in love with their crab roe specialty ! You have the choice of with white rice or noodles. I chose rice with the crab roe and later one decided to get an order to go with the noodles. The crab roe is to die for ! So much flavorful and deliciousness. Another order is the steamed Halibut which was also wonderful to the taste buds. The service from the kind lady was wonderful and fast paced. We didn’t have to wait long for the orders to come. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the plaza and the first door. The parking is hard around that area but I went on thanksgiving day so it wasn’t so busy. My favorite part is the restaurant is dog friendly !!!! I cannot wait to try other items on the menu and bring my pup. This place is a must try with so much variety off their menu.“

“This was our first time trying Ramen so we have nothing else to compare it too. We saw this place had great reviews, and we both love soup so we gave it a try. I had the vegetable ramen and my husband had the beef ramen. We both thought our ramen soups were very good! Next time I’d like to try one of their Thai soups. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t speak English well so it was hard for her to explain their various soups they had. We would definitely come again. I recommend Ji Bei Chuan in Edison!“

We recently had the pleasure of using Spice House on Rt 27 in Edison, NJ for our event catering, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We were thoroughly impressed by the overall quality of the food and the unparalleled level of service provided.
The variety of offerings were exceptional which included both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options, ensuring all our guests were catered for. We also included few Indo Chinese varieties. Every dish was truly good and tasty. They did not cut corners, delivering excellent quality and quantity across the board.
The dedication to service extended to the delivery process as well. The food arrived in hot container pack, and it remained perfectly warm right up to the moment we were ready to serve, which made a huge difference to our event.
The staff's professionalism and helpfulness were top-notch. A special kudos must go to Ashish, who was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu and assisting with the selection of items and appropriate quantities.
Our sincerest hat is off to Mr. Surya for running such a wonderful restaurant and operation. We wish him and his entire team all the very best and highly recommend their catering services.“
