We got a pepperoni and cheese roll (kind of like a calzone but better), ricotta pastry and chocolate roll, and all three came out to $11 and the sizes were generous. Second Street Bakery does not skimp on the ingredients, and the pastries were field with pepperoni, ricotta and chocolate - everything was evenly distributed so every bite you took was perfect. “Cannot recommend this place enough! I have been a vegan for over 8 years and live for baked goods. When I went I ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the flavors were great it was hot and the cheese was perfectly melty with a to die for biscuit. As my sweet I ordered the cannoli and on the first bite I wanted to cry. The shell was perfectly flaky and crisp, with a creamy, fluffy, and a bit tangy (in the best way possible) filling. The workers despite it being very busy inside were so kind and sweet! My only complaint is to my self and that I don't live closer!! The next time I'm in the area I will definitely be stopping in.“

“We accidentally ate everything before taking photos. We thought the photos on DoorDash were fake but they looked that way because they were just that perfect in person. We could not fathom how they could have so much variety and in the menu but everything we've tried was the best versions of that meal that we've had. The cauliflower wings were crispy with a meat-like texture and perfectly flavored. The veggie lo mein was perfectly seasoned and full of vegetables. The steak sandwich was packed withnflavor and fresh herbs. Lastly, passion fruit lemonade was super tart and fresh. With a clean, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home right away, i already thought this was 100% perfect and the best place i've been to in my 29 years in NJ...then they said it was dog friendly. Somehow they've succeeded at 110% perfection.“

The brownies are great if you want a chocolate fix, I especially love the salted caramel brownies. They also have great hamentashen and Italian cookies if you want something lighter.I haven't found anything here that I haven't loved except maybe the cookie/brownie. I prefer brownies to be gooey and chewy, while I prefer chocolate chip cookies to be thin and crispy.
