“I had a cheeseburger from Wayback Burgers in Little Ferry years ago and remembered it tasting very good, so I couldn't wait until this new location opened up near where I live.

Went to the new location in Emerson on opening day with my mom and my brother and ordered a Cajun double burger, Classic Single, fries, tots and cheese curds.

The price of the food was reasonable, the atmosphere was comfortable inside, and to note there are tables with umbrellas outside of the building to dine outdoors.

Parking area has many spaces available behind/next to the restaurant.

The double Cajun burger tasted very good as it was freshly cooked, the tater tots were what you'd expect them to taste like, cheese curds were new to me so they tasted similar to mozzarella sticks without marinara, and the fries were decent.

One of the unique things I saw on their menu was a Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored shake, sounds interesting and I must try that on my next visit.

They also offer pizza as well.

And they also offer a rewards program but I haven't looked into the details of it yet.

Definitely will be frequenting this establishment in the future.“

“We threw a drop-in Buffet dinner for family and friends at Houlihans for 30 to 35 people. The room is spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. Our server Eileen was excellent and the food was delicious. Michelle who assisted with the catering was very detail oriented and help me plan a great event. Sebastian the manager as extremely gracious and helped ensure our guests were taken care of. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend..“

“Update: Unfortunately I have to deduct a star because I ordered the cilantro marinated chicken breast with angel hair and the chicken was hard and dry and the pasta was mushy and completely bland and unseasoned.

My first time ordering from here and the food was really good. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was so good that I ordered dinner from there that same night. Both arrived hot and fresh. The only thing is that I thought the chicken sandwich came with salad (as pictured) but it came with fries. Either way everything was really good. They also have one of the best chai lattes I’ve tried in the city.“

“I have been coming to Munno’s for over 22 years. I have never had better penne vodka and I travel extensively gobbling up food in different states and in Europe. The staff is always friendly and willing to take an order for a tray of penne vodka to be ready for us the same day. My family is now obsessed with Munno’s as well!“

“I've only eaten there once, but I can see myself visiting again. Service was very good, and friendly. The "Alvin" Grilled Chicken Sandwich was tasty, though the Chicken was a bit chewy. The French Fries were very good. The menu looks very ambitious, and I look forward to trying their other offerings. The bathrooms are tiny, but clean! It's a safe bet that you'll get an enjoyable meal at Strawberry Place.“

“I really liked the food that I got here. When we went, the hotpot stuff was not available so the owner just told us to order off the menu. He reco'ed the gamjatang and it was really good. The meat was so soft and it slid right off. I particularly liked the veggies in there. I also got the bibim guksu (spicy cold noodles). I told the owner I wanted naemyeon so he recommended the bibim guksu. It was really flavourful. Also - who can say no to unlimited kimchi! Highly reco this place. The portions were great for really good prices. And the owner was very nice!“

“While meandering around our local neighborhood, my husband and I stumbled upon this tiny diner and gave it a try. We're so glad we did, because this hole in the wall turned out to be a diamond in the rough.

With a nondescript exterior and limited signage, Foodies Diner is easy to miss. It's in an area with mainly houses and mixed use commercial buildings, but the space inside is cozy. I especially appreciated the way the owner greeted everyone who enters and thanked everyone who leaves with notable warmth and small-town friendliness.

The menu reads like a true diner - with all-day breakfast and brunch options, as well as standard lunch fare. We ordered a Santa Fe salad and an L.A. burger - which comes with avocado, bacon, onion, lettuce, and tomatoes. The burger was pretty standard, but having it delivered on a warm brioche bun feels a little bit special. The accompanying fries were also great - crisp and potatoey on the inside.

The salad, on the other hand, was a near triumph. Served on a large platter, there was a small field of well-seasoned chicken, shredded cheddar, vegetables, avocado, pico de gallo, and - best yet - some pieces of warm, toasted pita. I even sprinkled some pieces of bacon from my burger into this salad, and wow did that take it over the top. I dug into this salad with fair gusto and would absolutely come back for it...which is saying something, since I wouldn't expect to fall in love with a salad at a diner.

Service was fantastic, and we were pleased with how reasonably priced our meal turned out to be. There's plenty of parking - either right out front or in the lot further back.“

“We hosted a surprise 60th birthday party this past weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the first call to set it up to the moment we walked out the door, the staff made sure it was such a great experience. The people who work there are so attentive and kind. The managers Bryan and Kelly were so helpful in planning our party and Ivan is a rockstar. He took care of our party of 20 and made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to look for him, he was always checking on us and providing excellent service. He truly is so great at what he does. We had a sit down lunch in their cottage room which was so nicely decorated. the space was perfect. We felt like we were in our own restaurant. It was cozy but spacious and they were so accommodating with how we wanted it set up. We were able to bring balloons and decorations and the staff even helped us set up. They had a curtain up in the doorway so we were able to really surprise the guest of honor. Our lunch was delicious. We chose to do the seated option with 3 shareable apps and we picked a menu of 4 main meals from their party menu. Most of us ordered the shepherds pie and it was some of the best we had ever had. The presentation was cute. It came in a skillet which was served on a board with Irish soda bread. It was so delicious. The show stopper was the shareable Irish egg rolls. We couldn’t stop talking about them. The drinks were really good and the bar staff was really attentive to the party. The kids ordered from the long kids menu and they really enjoyed theirs as well. The pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. We were able to bring our own cake and they cut it up and served it for us which was so nice. I can’t thank them enough for how special they made this experience. Everyone in our party had such an amazing time. The staff here are incredible.
