The ambiance was breathtakingly fabulous with festive holiday decor and old world charm that left us in awe. Food was outstanding and the service was even more impressive. Bruno came to the table multiple times to see how our meal was and to personally wish my daughter a happy birthday, showing genuine care. They brought her a plate full of gorgeous desserts, complete with lit candle, took our picture and put it in a card along with a note from Bruno for us to treasure forever. I wholeheartedly recommend Club A for an unforgettable dining experience.“

Basically there was an error in my order and without complaining or making a big deal about it the chef, manager and waiter went above and beyond to correct and make the situation right.

“This place is authentic Brazilian rodizio with great meat selection insane salad bar with seafood and salad and Fejoada .we loved it excellent staff and the owners are hands on we dined on Friday and it was very busy but drinks came right away tasty caipirinia .We loved espresso martinis and my friend ordered chocolate martini yummm .Highly recommending .we took our time and we werent chased away from table .Very accommodating staff .Thank You and good luck“

The Tomahawk for two had great flavor, though it was a bit fatty in several areas. As a thoughtful touch, Emily even offered me a dessert to go, which I really appreciated. As for the sides, the mashed potatoes could have been better—they didn't seem freshly made—and the mac & cheese could've used a bit more attention to bring out its full potential.“

“Came in with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were warmly greeted by Ideneice and Jaire. Danny made a great dirty martini. Natalka took great care of us with wonderful suggestions. Willy and Luis were so attentive. Our steaks were perfectly cooked with hot side dishes. Natalka served a special dessert for my daughter and Amanda took pictures for us to cherish. “BLT steak was one of my favorite places to have a good steak before the original one on 57th closed down. Wasn't sure what to make of Prime: It was solid but not spectacular.
The popovers are always delicious.
I was a little disappointed with the amuse bouche though, as it is the same one that they've served since BlT Steak opened all those years ago.
We got the wagyu picanha and the cowboy ribeye. The picanha was tender and the chimichurri added a brightness that balanced the fattiness of the wagyu. I was disappointed in the ribeye...it was supposed to be aged but didn't taste like it. And it wasn't nearly as tender as I thought it would be even though I got it rare (how I usually like my steaks).“

We enjoy the intimate, quieter atmosphere of Royal 35 over some of the more boisterous steakhouses elsewhere in the city. There were four of us, and one had the petit filet, another had the full filet, another had the NY strip, and the fourth had the ribeye. Each one was generously proportioned and cooked to perfection. We had the mushrooms, asparagus, sauteed spinach, and "German" potatoes as the sides, which were excellent. It turned out that they were out of the particular wine I ordered, so they brought an excellent bottle of even better quality and charged the price of what I ordered. The service was prompt, courteous, and friendly throughout.“

The broccoli was shockingly wonderful and the cacio e pepe gnocchi was a nice texture and flavor that meshed well with the steak (in fact I used the extra sauce from the gnocchi as a little extra something for my steak - highly recommend). Service was fine, but we joked that our server was definitely somewhat checked out by the end (we get it, it's probably been a long day). Overall a good meal and a good experience.“

She was very nice , but needs to learn to write down everything each customer says . She tried to do it from memory the first time around and that was a mistake with 5 of us ordering main courses/salads/sides. She was nice/very attentive / apologetic, so it was fine.“
