“My wife’s birthday was this past week. The only thing she asked for was a cake from Turquoise! And that’s what she got. The fluffiest, sweetest Red Velvet cake and Cream Cheese. “I have ordered baked goods from Allie Bakes Cakes several times Thanksgiving, Christmas, and now for a bridal shower. They are always decorated so beautifully but what sets her baked goods apart is that they taste absolutely delicious! Sometimes you get baked goods that look pretty, but don’t taste good -these are absolutely spectacular. I usually have to eat several on the way home in the car before I even put them on display. I cannot say enough about the quality and the beauty of them. She is an extremely talented baker an artist!!“

“I love this bakery. Reminds me of the Italian bakeries in Bay Ridge & Bensonhurst Brooklyn. I visited the day before Easter and they were busy. I was afraid I'd waited too long for St Joseph pastries but they were prepared!! The pistachio cups were light & delicious. The sesame semolina bread great, I love it gutted with butter. The St Joseph pastries I'll have on Easter. Got my friend the cannoli cream one and for me the custard. Great little bakery, friendly staff and a great assortment to choose from. I'll be back. It's so hard to find the Italian family bakeries these days. We have to support them 💚 so they keep us happy with their delicious treats.“

Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“
