My favorites thus far are the menemen and turkish coffee for meals / snacks, and just about every single dessert… especially the Turkish custard!! I also must say that the staff are superb. “This is the go-to place when we go to Six Flags. Everywhere else we have gone doesn't have us coming back. Time after time again. When we go, we try to get Samantha because of her great attitude and over the many times going knows our food. Even with the size of our group that has now has gotten a little bigger. The atmosphere is like any other dinner so nothing fancy. We cannot not think of anywhere else to go when we are in New Jersey. Well, when I tell you they replicated what I wanted and I was more than pleased they even ordered the animation for the top ....I am so happy that I have this place as a savior to my taste buds when I need a good sweet. It is a decent price considering the quality is on point and the animation too!!“

“I absolutely love this place. And their desserts are delicious to eat especially the cheesecake and cream puffs ! The staff are friendly and very kind people. It’s a friendly environment and very comfortable as well!

But one issue, although yes I used to work in retail and i understand that people work long hours and deals with customers all day long. And i completely understand what is it like to be in their shoes.
But I noticed that two of male cashiers (9/20/24). They don’t seem that friendly with me. I’m not saying it has to be all sunshine and rainbows and for them to be all smiley or whatever lol. But still, I was friendly with them when I paid for my things at the register and they looked at me as if they were annoyed by me. Again understanding that they were tired and worked hard and I do appreciate all of them for their hard work to provide best customer service! But still they need to practice being just a bit more friendlier ? !

But overall , I have the best experience there!“

It’s a small place, with tables. A surprisingly large menu, with lots of choices. Gabriela took our order, which was made on the spot and well packaged for the trip home.

(I go there since 1988 and no, I am not a mid-easterner).
I was there today too, a dozen of buckets with all kind of olives : black, raw, pickled, pitted, small, big, stuffed etc.

I was presently surprised to see that they had mini challah loaves, as a larger one would be too much for me and my Dad. The staff is always pleasant. It's the go-to Jewish bakery.
