I’ve been living in the U.S. for 16 years, and the thing I’ve missed and loved the most is lahmacun. After trying it at PIDDE, I’ve never had lahmacun anywhere else again. At other places I’ve tried over the years, I always experienced heartburn afterward — but never at PIDDE.
It’s a place you can visit with your family and feel completely at ease. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.🙏“

“The Turkish food here is of high quality. We had the mixed platter of cold appetizers and the mixed meat entree. So yummy! The host and waiters were very welcoming and efficient. When they made a mistake and forgot a side we ordered, they still brought it late and did not charge us. Then they brought us tea and baklava on the house. They want you to leave happy. The sign of a well-run business. We’ll be back for sure.“

“I don't eat out often but when I do lezzet is my husband and I go to spot for some delicious turkish food. Its very clean, affordable and every one is very friendly plus they teach me turkish while im there. I very much recommend you go try the best well done food in paterson.“

“Love those place. It was my first time here. We came a group of 5. The place is super clean. It’s a family restaurant. Everyone is super friendly. The food was amazing. Ordered humus with chips as an appetizer. We ordered a variety of things: Grilled mixed (chicken, lamb, beef with fries and rice), whole fish, salad 🥗 , eggplant. For dessert, it was a goatcheese with jce cream. Trust me and taste it. You can bring your own wine. Their Iced tea is good. Definitely coming back.“

“Food was good but not great, last time I had here was better chef might changed. The Pides were as soaked in butter so it was little heavy. We waited little long for the food but waiter was nice at handling the rush. Great experience overall.“

The restaurant is spotless, and the food is fresh, high-quality, and delicately seasoned, evoking the warmth of a home-cooked meal. Portions are generous for the price, and the service was genuinely excellent. If you're looking for a healthy, comforting alternative to fast food, I highly recommend it. “Actually, the food of this restaurant used to be much better. It's like it changed hands or the chef changed. They really put plenty of scoops on the plates. Free salad comes with the kebabs and open water is served to the table for free.“

“We had a great dinner tonight at Happy Vegans. We were greeted warmly and offered a taste of their special dish kofta, which is a delicious mix of spices, tomato and bulgur. I had the happy vegan burger which was huge with three patties made from kofka, lettuce tomatoes and a large serving of fries. We were given mayonnaise and ketchup to dip the fries in. Baklava for dessert. I highly recommend this charming restaurant. Easy street parking.“

“I’ve never had Turkish food but I decided to try it out and it was delicious, I had the donor with lamb and beef and the chicken vegetable soup. Everything was great and good portions too. The bread they brought to the table was amazing as well as the Turkish tea“

“Trying a new restaurant in Franklin Lakes, we were met with a friendly, gracious greeting from Martin, and then amazing service from staff. The lunch portions were large, priced reasonably, and the food was outstanding. Very satisfied.“

“The more convenient place for me than the Clifton London, although I like the atmosphere of the Clifton restaurant a little better. The food though is always good and service is pretty attentive either or not they are busy. The Montclair spot has a very nice outdoors seating section in the back.
Parking can be iffy as it's on-street and there are other restaurants in the area and close spaces seem to get taken quickly. However, if you don't mind a small walk there are plenty of lots and side streets in the area, just mind the meter requirements.“

“I visited this cozy bakery to see what everyone was raving about in the comments. After going in, the owner popped up and without saying a single word, he offered us his delicious pistachio cookie! It was warm, crispy on the outside and buttery on the inside.. Which literally melted in my mouth. I had a flight afterwards and couldn’t buy anything extra. But this place deserves so much more !! Thank you!!!“

“A friend of mine brought me some Baklava from Beyti. What an absolute delight it was. The Baklava's were not too crispy, not too soft, just had the right texture. The sweet level was just perfect. Hopefully one day they will start shipping them out.“
