“We always enjoy our meals at Indian kitchen and Grill. Whether we get take out or dine in, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is fresh and flavorful, the music is calming jazz and the booths are so comfortable. We have many favorite dishes @ we especially love the thickness & taste of the raita. We highly recommend this restaurant, and we also enjoyed it 25 years ago when it was Begum Palace. The owners make us feel like family.“

“Excellent customer service from everyone.When I called to reserve the table Ashishbhai was so polite & send me confirmation text. When I went he personally came & show the table even though He was not working at my table. Pratikbhai is excellent every time. He ask the taste & bring the same taste food. Jambu was so good even he knows what I ordered last time & he brought same order I liked in past. Food is excellent, Everyone liked all the food . I really loved to go for dinner , I wish I have the same service in Paramus.Good luck!!!!“

“I was there earlier today with a group of friends for the Christmas special Bengali Food Festival. We were quite impressed by the menu selection. The food was not oily& spicy at all,hence even the kids enjoyed the food. The service was good. I wish the restaurant would be more spacious. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.“

“Great experience from the time we walked through the door. The manager who greeted us noticed I was not pleased with our table and suggested another one that was more to our liking. Our waiter was pleasant, informative and professional. We were surprised that we were given a starter of focaccia type bread topped with Indian spices and served with a side of nicely piped butter. (Which was replenished.) The non-alcoholic drinks were delicious, creative and pretty. All of our main dishes were flavorful and though modern, did not compromise the authentic taste of a medley of Indian spices. We had lamb chops served with spiced potatoes & shredded carrots, branzino in a tangy tomato based sauce, grilled chicken in yogurt and spices, served with an Indian slaw and accompanied by yogurt and mint chutney and a very interesting dish with rice and yellow lentils topped with a variety of condiments that you mixed together yourself creating a myriad of amazing flavors. All was accompanied by white basmati rice on the house that was automatically replaced as needed. We were all full so only ordered one dessert to share which was perfect and light. Because they knew we were celebrating a birthday, dessert was compted. The murals on the walls were beautiful and while dining you are surrounded by flowers tastefully hanging from the ceilings. Wow! What a wonderful experience! We booked the same table before leaving for a date 3 weeks away!“

“Absolutely amazing. They're a family owned restaurant so I understand its hard with these times and coronavirus. Its hard to find good Indian food and I must say, I've been coming here for more than 20 years and I still will be coming more and more! Out of all the restaurants in parsippany & Rt 46, I specially come down to Wayne to eat this amazing food. my fav is the sag panir, malai kofta, and vegetable biryani. I love the one waitress and how she explained the spice levels according to chiptole and taco bell! the uncle who is the owner always greets everyone like hes known them for years. Like we are family, its heart warming since i dont live with my family. Amazing food, amazing people and amazing prices!“

“Came here for the first time- we’re Vegans, and sometimes it’s difficult to find an Indian restaurant that has many vegan options. The staff went out of their way to help us find the vegan options on the menu, and when they were out of some ingredients to make certain dishes (it’s Diwali, and so it’s a busy time of year) that featured mushrooms and tofu, they actually custom created a dish so that we could try more of what they have to offer. A great experience, and will definitely be coming back!

“One of my fantastic experiences at an Indian restaurant. Great service, great food, great ambience, great price. Staring with the complimentary pappadums, fryums and chutney to fantastic goat cheese vadas and samosas for appetizers to entrees and 4 gulag jamuns for dessert - everything was fantastic. One of the few restaurants where they serve enough food that you don't think twice if the food was enough, and you are pleasantly surprised with the check. Great Value for Money.“

“Everything was divinely delicious! I highly recommend both the crab and spinach with goat cheese appetizers! The seasoning on the entress was amazing, you can taste every spice! Truly delicious is an understatement! As for dessert, I can't recall what the exact name is but it's a lentil based pudding and omg, pure heaven! The service, the atmosphere, the people, the place, the music, the cleanliness.....I absolutely loved it all! I adore this place! Can't wait to go back, every blessing for the new year guys! This place is top notch, and as a Greek who grew up in the restaurants (and is def a food snob) that's a huge compliment! I wouldn't just say that about any place, you guys sincerely deserve it! “Visited there 2 weeks ago..a large selection of Indian food we were a group of 12 people we ordered a lot of stuff most of the food were good except couple of things …
Only part I did not did not like the manager or the cashier was trying to sell too much to us we end up wasting the food … I guess he want to make his sale by seeing a large group

Mr. Madhi & his excellent team will make the event memorable for you - with their amazing decor, delicious food, best staff, excellent service & above all the attitude, helpful nature. We recently had a Cricket Club Annual Bash & it has become talk of the town - and RISHTAA has been the major part of it! “I love this place, food is so good, I like seekh kabab, my wife she likes Pakoda kadhi, their aloo paratha, goat karahi, chicken karahi is so good, what i like is that they make fresh kabab as you order, not pre cooked kababs. and those two girls working there I don't know their names are so efficient, always smiling and very attentive. Thank you guys for being awesome.“
