“We went last night to celebrate NYE at Rosie's... the food was delicious, however we did not get our dinner until 10:45. We arrived at 8:30. In fact, our table was last to receive each course of the meal, and it was just too slow. The bill for 4, with tip, was $650, which is too much to receive such poor service.“

“Coming here for years. Some food items have gone down in quality, namely the pork chop and mac and cheese. Pork chop used to be really cooked to perfection and moist, however lately it has been dried out and overcooked. Mac and cheese lost the amount of cheese it usually has on it, and noodles were undercooked the previous two times. Must have changed the cooks in kitchen, who knows.“

The staff were attentive yet not overebearing and the food was delicious. The Northern Italian menu which changes to focus on only the freshest ingredients has a little Swiss influence and is presented with an artistic touch and personal care. Last evening I hosted sixteen business associates in the back room which has an iron gate for privacy. Filippo presented a five course meal which blew everyone away followed by him playing a few songs on the Piano. The Chicken or Cod dishes were pan seared to perfection. daFilippo's is a BYOB restaurant which I Love. My wife remarked how clean the restrooms are kept. Plenty of parking in the rear of the building. In closing, if you are looking for a family owned, unique restaurant where the owner chef touches every plate to ensure perfection then this is the place to make a reservation.“

“I have been to blue cafe on many occasions and it has always been pleasant. The food has always been good and I appreciate the wide array of beverage options.

They are small and quaint in their atmosphere. I particularly enjoy breakfast outdoors when the weather is good. They do unfortunately get very busy on the weekends and do not take reservations. The last time we came on a weekend we did have a decent wait for our table and then a very long wait for our food even after being seated. The table next to us actually left without eating due to the delay in orders coming out.

My favorite items are the Paris Breakfast or the Blintzes. A very cozy spot on a rainy Tuesday morning.“

We always bring our extended family along because there's plenty of space for everyone! We love trying all their specials—I think we’ve sampled just about everything on the menu! “At Luca’s Pizza we just ordered a large cheese pizza to go. It’s amazing! Definitely the best pizza in the middlesex/Piscataway away. Lots of other places we tried just had average so-so pizza but this place is so good the pizza is so cheesy!! Prices were good too. Definitely try this hidden gem!! “This is it. The best Indian restaurant . I have lived in Bridgewater for over 15 yrs and have had buffet, dinner here and have never had a bad experience. The food is of a high standard, always fresh, and tasty. The food is well priced. Thank you.“

“My family just moved to the area and has been looking for a new favorite sushi place, so we decided to give Osaka a try first. Looks like the search is over! Osaka has some of the most delicious sushi we have ever had. We’ve only been here for a couple months and have already ordered food from Osaka twice! Me and my family especially love the Torched King Salmon Roll and the Crazy Roll. There is a huge variety of different kinds of sushi, from basic rolls to very complex and unique ones. We are definitely going to be trying more of those sushi dishes in the future!

But wait, there’s more! In addition to sushi, Osaka has a gigantic menu filled with TONS of dishes. I thought, they can’t possibly do all these dishes well, there’s just too many options. We haven’t tried all of them yet and don’t think we would ever be able to, but we did also order some hibachi style dishes and so far they have proved me wrong! We have tried the steak, chicken, and shrimp dinners and they all came out delicious. The seasoning on the proteins was balanced well, the veggies cooked so that they still had a bit of crunch to them, and the noodles were garlicky and full of flavor (my personal favorite)! The only minor downside is that the hibachi dishes do not come with fried rice, so we ordered it separately. It was also amazing! The second time we ordered food from Osaka, we got extra noodles and fried rice because they were so tasty.

The hibachi dishes each come with a side of yum yum sauce and mustard sauce for dipping. We ordered some extra sauce the second time around because we ran out the first time. When we got home we realized we were missing some of the extra sauces, so we called Osaka to see if we could come back to pick them up. They were so apologetic and said we could absolutely come back for more sauces. When we opened the bag, not only had they given us the sauce we ordered, but they also gave us FOUR extra sauces of each flavor and some free gyoza!

Overall, I highly recommend this place. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the orders are ready in a timely fashion. If you choose to eat here, you will not be disappointed!“

This is direct from their menu: ‘Our gourmet burgers are made from the most exquisite blend of 100% grass-fed organic short rib, brisket, sirloin & filet mignon tips basted in homegrown jersey farm butter cooked over an open flame on a buttery, fluffy sweet milk brioche bun made fresh daily for our special burgers & sesame bun for our classic burgers. Served with cole slaw & pickle, upon request.’ When the bill was paid, they questioned where they get this meat from and they were told it’s from ‘a guy from Long Island’.
