“I liked the menu options a lot, a good variety of diner food w/ some French inspired dishes. Our waiter was funny and really nice lol. Place is kinda small, but we didn’t have to wait at all even though it’s a no res spot. They gave us a small ice cream and whipped cream dessert for new years 🥹 Overall, I had higher expectations for the food based on the price points so was a little disappointed

- French onion soup ($19): 7/10, I LOVE French onion soup, but the broth wasn’t as flavorful or onion-y as I would’ve liked. Was pretty excited about this but disappointed. It was filled to the brim, which is great in theory, but it was lowkey hard to start eating it without it spilling over
- Patty melt ($21): 8/20, pretty solid, but lowkey reminds me of the melt from Waffle House lol
- Fries: 7/10, standard
- Complimentary ice cream w/ whipped cream: 7/10, standard ice cream, but it was nice that it was free 🥹

“Traditional old school diner with wonderful staff and very intimate. Prices and food are better than the fancier looking, large dinners in the city. The place is small but customers are wise to eat and allow others to enjoy breakfast and great burgers for lunch. Been a fixture there for years and always loved the pancakes and sausage for breakfast. Maybe I will go tomorrow.“

“Had breakfast there twice. Once solo and the next time with my wife. Consecutive Tuesdays. Just there this morning, after the golf range at Chelsea Piers. It's a combination of Greek and Mexican specialties. I have sampled the eggs overeasy with corned beef and this time had three poached eggs with fresh tomato and feta, home fries and coffee. All wonderful. My wife had fried eggs with ham on top of grilled taco. She loved it. This is a top notch diner with excellent service.“

The door person & security were great, took a second to get in but they were polite & had to let in a few guest before me. I got to see DJ Ellie play and for a Thursday it was busy pretty early. “We went for brunch to this restaurant with our grandchildren. We were greeted by the nicest waiters of all time. My husband and I had the Club Sandwich and our grandson had pancakes and bacon. The portions were so generous and quite affordable. Our granddaughter was sleeping in a stroller and the lady who greeted us even helped us tilt the back of her stroller down and find the perfect place to sit to accommodate her.
