You grab a menu and marker at the entrance, mark what you want, and hand it to the person at the counter. The food will be ready almost immediately. I got the ray grilled salmon bowl - it was delicious. Definitely a fast and easy casual dine-in experience. There's also a restroom for customers only, and you'll need their key. They were very generous toward me for my 2-minute wait, and I regret not getting to leave a tip because there wasn’t a jar, but this is the best assembly line fast food poké I’ve ever had. All the ingredients are super fresh and stand out on their own, but I wish I could order a whole bowl of the spicy mango, a bottle of the spicy ponzu, and a large fish’s worth of salmon sashimi. The portions are gigantic for the price, especially in that part of town. Like most restaurants, I wish this one would use less oil, but I will otherwise make the 1 hour trek one way just to get a bowl from here again.“
