“I own a business in the same strip next to Sushi Nigiri. I have been ordering Sushi from there since it's opening. I have never written a review until now, but I must say, this place is AWESOME. I'm used to New York City sushi (I live in Manhattan) and this is just as good as most places. I highly recommend this place and I wish this place does more business!“

“I am a local from New Jersey now living in Germany, came back to visit and was in the mood for a Poke Bowl. I have to say I have been to many poke places and this is THE BEST ONE. Everything tastes fresh. I love that you have many options on creating your bowl. I also had a taro bubble tea and it was delicious! Employees are very friendly and welcoming. I will be stopping here a few more times before I head back to Germany!“

“I wish I took before pictures of our food. We stopped in after a very long day out and about and the food was so good that we left feeling energized. We got the ocean roll, pork buns, tonkotsu ramen and a spicy tuna onigiri. Everything was delicious!!

The ocean roll was fresh and tasty, the pork buns were just delicious, the ramen was so so amazing- the pork was tender, the broth was so flavorful and all the add ins just did wonders for the the flavor and the spicy tuna onigiri was hands down one of the best we’ve had.

The service was also great! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was on par and so cute! We cannot wait to come back and are so happy we found our new go to spot 🤗

My little sister usually gets her California and shrimp tempura rolls. I get the rainbow roll and the O.M.G roll but everything we've tried is crazy good. I ordered Spicy Salmon Rolls and they were, for the first time, actually spicy. Everything tasted fresh and portion sizes were above average. The food here is great . They have creative sushi menu.there is so many exotic rolls you can choose and they offer kids menu .
We ordered the sushi pizza, sushi love boat ,sweet heart roll gyoza and Thai calamari. Everything tested fresh.all very delicious. The service was attentive and friendly.By the way it’s BYOB.

“Sarku has been a staple of food courts for as long as I can remember. To be honest, the sushi is really good! We ordered at the front and they made it fresh on the spot. The chicken teriyaki is also very satisfying if you want a healthier option for lunch, it comes with rice and mixed vegetables.“

After eating at another establishment not far from here, the name caught our eye. As we walked we noticed a market attached. We proceeded in and bought several things that sparked our interest. As we left we said,
“ let’s come back and eat here one day!”
Yesterday was the day, we stumbled in early and were lucky enough to snag a tiny booth as we had no reservations ( hint ).
We found out after thoroughly enjoying this meal that they have been there over 40 years.
This place was special, spot on, can’t wait to return. Thanks for a great meal and a warm atmosphere.

“This place is our go-to sushi spot since 2019. We’ve tried almost every place in Fair Lawn/Ridgewood/Glen Rock but we anyways return here.Food has never disappointed - consistent and tasty. Our kids have eaten here since they were 3 and 6 without issue. We celebrate each of their birthdays here, including today!The service is exceptional and they make us feel like family every time. After ordering and eating entirely too much delicious food the couple who owns the restaurant gave me a ride to the bus station. The three waiters were very attentive and with a smile. A varied menu with sushi and entrees. As appetizers we had miso soup, sunomono, and the sushi donut. For dinner, we ordered the special mango tuna roll, volcano roll, dynamite roll, and the sweet heart roll. All rolls were delicious, good proportions, and fresh. For dessert we enjoyed the chocolate moose pyramid and the 3 year old enjoyed the chocolate gelatto with a teddy bear made of white chocolate that was the highlight. She trully loved it jajaja! “One of the best places for meal in Paramus Park mall. Teriyaki chicken is really good, the sauce has delicious flavor. Fried rice and white are also really good. Each combo has huge amount of protein and rice. Price of the combos are fair. They also have some sides dishes like dumplings, spring rolls and noodles.

Food is cooked and served pretty quickly, unless they need to cook a fresh batch of chicken. Condominiums are available in front of the store.
