“My family and I have had the great pleasure of having dinner at 618 in Freehold NJ on several occasions. It has quickly become our favorite restaurant! Everything on their menu is wonderful and we’ve tried so many appetizers, main courses and cocktails at this point. It’s rare to find a cool, comfortable restaurant with so many great cocktails and incredible choices across all menu selections. And, if that is not enough, their staff is truly a dream team. The owners, manager, hostesses and servers ALL go way out of their way to make everyone feel like guests having a special dining experience in their happy home. Dining at 618 is a truly delightful experience—it’s quite simply food and service heaven! The owners and staff ALL really care and it shows. Their kindness and care to our 96 year old dad and us every time we dine there is so beautiful. It lights him and us up so much. To the owners, manager, hostesses and servers, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Dear Ava, Danielle, Chuck, Matt , Chris, Jacob, Leigh, and Christine, and all the staff of 618, each and every one of you are treasures. Thank you for making our dining experiences so special and uplifting.”

“Amazing new restaurant! We enjoyed a terrific dinner at Marmara - the restaurant itself was beautiful and comfortable and the food was some of the best Turkish food we’ve had. From the hot puffy bread and the mixed cold appetizers (each one better than the next) to the lahmacun (a flat bread covered with ground meat and spices) to the entree kebabs and Adana, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Our server Irfan was very friendly and attentive, as was the rest of the staff (there were so many people working and all doing a great job). We had a lovely dinner and can’t wait to go back!”

“Owner should learn how to treat customers We were a party of four and we arrived on time for a 7:45 reservation. When we arrived there were many people waiting to be seated. We were told that the wait would only be 10 - 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later we were told that the wait would be an additional 10 - 15 minutes. A half hour later my wife was told that the wait would only be another 10 - 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I requested to speak with the owner and I was told that I was speaking with the owner (at that point there was only one other group waiting to be seated). They informed me that a group of six with an 8:00 reservation was just seated. I said that it was not fair to make us wait 45 minutes since we did have a reservation and the people with a later reservation were just seated. I said that I may have something to say about it after the meal. The reply was "if you have something to say, say it now"! I replied that I would reserve my thoughts until after the meal. How insulting, imagine waiting over 45 minutes and then being told if I had anything to say I shouldn't wait till after my dinner, that I should say it now. I replied that I would wait till after the meal before I had any additional comments. With that we were refused service and we were told to leave. I am a 75 year old retired veteran and in my life I was never treated in this manner. When we grew up we had more respect for others. This is not how customers should be treated.”

“1st time! Delicious food! We had the Vegetable Samosa and Tandoori Chicken Tikka for starters! Both were fabulous tasting, the Samosa had a nice spice to it, and the sizzling Tikka was just perfect! I had a Chicken Kadai and the wife had Chicken Badami Korma. Both delicious and even though I enjoy heat, these two dishes were mild and absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at the great flavors! I highly recommended! And the prices are very reasonable! Will be back!”

“First off I need to start by saying this place is spotless! So CLEAN and great atmosphere. We had the Hornets Nest, a Broadway Original, chicken tenders, fries and the honey brussel sprouts. Everything came out hot, fresh and delicious! The chicken was perfect and the batter they use gives it the perfect crisp. The honey brussel sprouts were OMG SO GOOD! I did just the honey drizzle so not spicy for me but super tasty. Even the fries were great. Service was awesome too. Very fast, friendly and they checked on us and cleared the table. We will most certainly be back.”

“Our favorite date night spot!! From the moment you enter- elegant atmosphere, warm faces and nice music set the tone for a wonderful night. Anthony the owner makes you feel like you’re the only diners there- making sure you’re enjoying yourself, getting your food in a timely manner and making it special. He is such a kind generous man. The servers Faith, Carson, and JoJo are absolutely incredible- they are knowledgeable about the food, friendly, and their work ethic is incredible for such young people. They truly made our night special! The food is the star- best rice balls we’ve ever had!! We have been dreaming of them ever since! The homemade burrata, meatballs and eggplant were also just amazing. We had the homemade gnocchi and chicken scarpiello- again the best we’ve ever had We are locals and try to get here as often as we can for date night- and we are always so amazed how it continues to be just 5 star every time. It’s a special, special place and we are lucky to have such a gem in our small town. Thank you Anthony & Heather!”

“Annie, Abi, and Gabby are the sweetest! Those are the only female servers I’ve met! Food is just as amazing as they are. So glad these girls are apart of such a fun staff. The men in the kitchen are also extremely kind and make sure they get your order right!! Love it here! “We went to River Edge branch on Friday night - the music and atmosphere are great.Restaurant is beautiful. They have very good singer/DJ, people were dancing till very late. Food is good too - we ordered lamb shish kebab, fried potatoes, stuffed mushrooms, samsa, some salads - everything was delicious. Highly recommended.”

“Was looking for some ramen on a cold day with friends so decided to check out this place. We were sat right away, it wasn’t very busy although it took a while to get our orders taken. There is a lot of options on the menu and they have a lot of non-ramen options and appetizers which is nice for groups who want different foods. The waiter that took our order was nice but a bit anti social, maybe they were new when we went, not a big deal. The music they had playing however was a little inappropriate and was the explicit version of songs which wasn’t an issue for my friends and I but there was a table with children so I was surprised. The ramen was decent although the broth to noodle ratio was a little off and the pork was chewy but had decent flavor. I’ve never had fried shumai before, only steamed so I wanted to try fried this time and it was crispy and nicely packed. Would definitely come back to try some other items off the menu.”

Our group is on the introverted side, and a tough crowd to boot. However, within minutes the chef had us engaged and on our toes throughout. At the end, we received a balloon on top of the already superb showmanship.

Tiffany was wonderful behind the bar ensuring everyone had a great time and was able to enjoy whatever drink they had in mind!”

“A fantastic family run Italian Restaurant with a nice atmosphere and consistently delicious food. Pizza is a classic, but when it comes to sandwiches I recommend the Montague (a breaded chicken and roasted pepper sandwich) and the meatball sub. All of the staff and the cooks are amicable and welcoming.

I recommend signing up for their benefits so that you can get discounts and coupons.

The restaurant has a decently sized menu and someone could likely find anything they want to eat.”

“A great experience for us as a family for our daughter’s birthday! The host was very accommodating from the beginning with arranging seating for our party. Our waitress Dezerae was super attentive and willing to explain the specials and anything we had questions about - even shared the fact there would be a cake cutting fee for the cake we brought for our daughter, so that we wouldn’t be surprised by the charge (not all places remember to tell you!). The indoor carousel attraction was a hit with our girls, food quality was great, and we didn’t wait long for fresh, delicious food! A definite recommend and will be coming back in the near future - thank you! 😊”

Their eggplant rollatini is the very best, and with a tray of meatballs to go with it, the guests were raving. The chicken francese was pounded thin with a lemon sauce and was so tender it could be cut with a plastic fork. I like this food so much, I brought it to south east of Philly for the party. Tommy (I think he is one of the owners) was so easy to deal with. He helped me figure out how much I needed for the number of guests I had and he didn't over sell. We had plenty of food that was delicious and reasonably priced.”

“I love this bakery. Reminds me of the Italian bakeries in Bay Ridge & Bensonhurst Brooklyn. I visited the day before Easter and they were busy. I was afraid I'd waited too long for St Joseph pastries but they were prepared!! The pistachio cups were light & delicious. The sesame semolina bread great, I love it gutted with butter. The St Joseph pastries I'll have on Easter. Got my friend the cannoli cream one and for me the custard. Great little bakery, friendly staff and a great assortment to choose from. I'll be back. It's so hard to find the Italian family bakeries these days. We have to support them 💚 so they keep us happy with their delicious treats.”

“Love the location right on Main Street. Plenty of outdoor seating and it's nice to walk around Freehold with a cold treat. The custard is rich and creamy, and the Italian ice has real fruit flavor. I got a gelati (custard layered with ice) and it hit the spot.

Only complaint is they were out of a few flavors when I went, which seems to happen often at this location. Also a bit pricey for what you get.

Still a solid spot for dessert on a warm night.”

“Surprising we hadn’t tried this place all these years living here as it was a lovely lunch we recently had.

Famous Freddy served us and treated us like long lost friends even though it was our first time. Table service is nice with tablecloths and a nice decor. Our special requests were accommodated and Freddy regaled us with lively conversation.

We enjoyed the cold sesame noodles, the sauce a little on the loose side for my taste but it was fine otherwise. Vegetable Lo Mein was as expected and the General Tso’s tofu was also very good. I prefer a different style for the sauce(darker/spicier) and tofu(firm ripped pieces vs soft cubes) but I’ve had this style before as well and it’s fine.

Addl hot sauce was provided and overall we enjoyed the meal.”

“My first experience with this store. It was crowded and I almost waked out but the line moved pretty quickly and I'm so glad I stayed. My bowl was amazing. I ordered steak that had just been replenished from the grill. They have a lime sauce Ive never seen anywhere else that will have me back tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day...Thanks Chipotle!”

We were group of four stopping in for our first meal after a full day at work. we spent about $45 per person including the service fee (well worth it but we tipped on too because the place is worth it. We will definitely be back.”

My usual order is an iced coffee, and it’s consistently made just right. It’s strong, smooth, and never tastes watered down. On days when I’m in the mood to try something new, the staff always has helpful suggestions without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed especially Hassan. He provided an exceptional and excellent service which I can never forget.
The food options are fresh, and I appreciate having choices whether I want something light or a little more filling.
