The last few times I ordered for pickup via DoorDash I have had to wait 10-30 minutes after arriving at the estimated time for pickup. I understand it's only an estimate but a continual 10+ min delay is frustrating and estimates need to be updated to accurately reflect the turnaround time required during peak hours.“

I know it’s towards the end of the night, but she is still always so pleasant and my food always made perfect and quickly. Tonight’s turkey sandwich was no exception. Two disgruntled customers were on edge because of their wait times with their online orders and all employees and the GM handled it very well.
