The young gentleman that works the register is super friendly and very sweet- Always saying have a great night. I went back tonight- and ordered the “Saddle River Roll” and it was amazing!! Everything was super fresh, and tasted delicious- I think this is going to be one of my new favorite rolls! Also reasonably priced and nice portions. I highly recommend it !!“

“This place is our go-to sushi spot since 2019. We’ve tried almost every place in Fair Lawn/Ridgewood/Glen Rock but we anyways return here.Food has never disappointed - consistent and tasty. Our kids have eaten here since they were 3 and 6 without issue. We celebrate each of their birthdays here, including today!The service is exceptional and they make us feel like family every time. “The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

“After a very long day, I came in get a bite to eat before I went back to traveling. The food is delicious. The staff is incredible. They will go the extra mile for you (literally). After ordering and eating entirely too much delicious food the couple who owns the restaurant gave me a ride to the bus station. “By far one of the best Korean Japanese restaurants. I’ve been ordering from Sea Shai since 2021/22 & the consistency of the food and customer service is always amazing! The flavor of the food is spectacular. I travel to Sea Shai to pick up my order because it is several neighborhoods away, totally worth the drive. The food is priced fairly for the portion and flavors you are receiving. Highly recommend trying this restaurant out. I cannot get enough of the Bulgogi with white rice platter, A M A Z I N G!

“Owned by a married couple, they are both super welcoming when you get inside. They are very kind and make you feel like you're at home because the chef cooks right in front of you and it's pretty cozy in there.

Amazing sushi! It's seriously the best that I have had in my life. The food is fresh with very good quality and delicious flavor. I feel like no other restaurant/place does it like Ino Sushi. The place is also quiet and calm.

When we were leaving, my almost 2 year old brother hugged the owners and they are just soooo nice. Love it here!

You must get the omakase (Lunch and dinner) or higher premium cuts because they source really really amazing stuff and you don’t want to miss out.
