“Amazing bakery, there are lots of delicious pastries, breads, cakes, coffee etc. and they are all artisan. They have renovated the interior so it is a lot nicer to sit inside with friends and family or by yourself. The cakes are delicious and always good to take away for occasions. I'm very happy with what they have done to this place, and I look forward to returning many more times to come.“

“My sister and I got 2 bingsoos (black sesame and rice cake), a sweet potato latte, and a pistachio dacquoise. They were all very delicious and unique.
The sweet potato latte has a strong sweet potato taste, which satisfies the soul and the dacquoise was very soft and chewy. The bingsoos was also very unique. It kind of had a dry(?) flake to it, but I liked the texture of it. I do wish there was more red bean in it, but it still hit the spot.
Would love to come back and try more of their pastries.“

“Beautiful modern store with gorgeous interior and wonderful floor tiles. They had all popular PB bakery items on display. Lots of sitting area, all clean and well maintained.

We went to get a cake. It was evening hours, so a lot of the popular ones were sold out, still we had 5-6 kinds to pick from. Cake was packed precisely in the box, got knife and candles with it. Staff were very friendly and got our order ready super fast.

The mini strawberry soft cream cake was pure quality. Fluffy soft cake with delicious cream all around it topped with glazed strawberry.

“On her first visit to the city, I wanted my daughter to experience a luxury ride from/to the airport. Our experience was flawless, booked through Facebook and promptly received all the information I needed. I confirmed the ride 24 hours before and when we arrived, had a text from the driver. Navin picked us up from the airport and he was very nice and made the ride pleasant, we chit chatted almost the whole way. On our way back to the airport, Prem was our driver and he was excellent, he gave us a mini tour while we were leaving the city and was polite, professional and friendly. He advised us about traffic and to leave a few minutes before in order to make it on time and we did, so listen to your driver, they know best. We loved riding in a fancy and comfortable Escalade and recommend it to everybody.“

Paris (mothership) and Toronto also have the prettiest cafes. The Madison store is well-situated but more table space would allow customers to enjoy both the patisserie's incredible treats and the sites/sounds of the Upper Eastside.
