One of us chose the vegetarian ramen (non pork broth and zero meat (of course), the other is not veg and ordered the classic ramen. We added 1 bowl of rice to share. The service was very fast when delivering the dishes, delivering them all within 10 minutes of placing an order. Came for lunch over the weekend and had such a great experience. The hand roll set and the Super Bowl are a must. The portions were generous and the fish was incredibly fresh. Everything tasted amazing.

“Chola is easily the best Indian restaurant in all of Manhattan and Northern Jersey. My wife and I drive in bi-weekly for their awesome food and ever changing menu. The staff is incredible and friendly, we've gotten to know them all and consider them personal friends at this point. Any time we can, we take friends and family to Chola. It's is the best!“

“Chris was our waiter today. We came in with my wife’s 100 year old grandfather and 99 year old Grandmother on her birthday. They are from Shanghai. Chris immediately knew to bring kids waters, 2 hot waters for the grandparents and 2 regular waters for myself and my wife. Service was fast and accurate. The food soup base was perfect and the food was very fresh with great portions. The ice cream for grandma’s 99th birthday was a great touch. We look forward to coming back again.“

“Our server timed every dish perfectly and explained each one very carefully. She was lovely. The sushi was amazing...we all swooned and cannot wait to return. The only disappointment,for two of us out of five, was the hand roll . It was very quiet, and a very lovely room. It is a resent to be missed!“

“This place was on my bucket list and the wait on Monday night wasn’t too bad. We waited for 20 minutes and got seated right away. The food was comforting and the dweji gomtang lives up to its reputation. I would say it was not as good as I expected it to be but it was still very delicious.“

“We love this place. Have tried a few other nearby steakhouses (stk, sparks, Ben & jacks) but Benjamin is the best! The service is fantastic- Jony took excellent care of us. Wine list is vast, like 18 pages long. Prices aren't cheap, but portions are sizable. For example, the colossal shrimp are really colossal. The porterhouse steak can't be beat. And the house sauce is absolutely lovely. Although we barely had any room for dessert, we finished the lava cake and the creme Brule.“

I knew I had found a gem that needs to be shared , because customer's are raving for it , the employees and owner sweetest guy very patient in waiting for me to decide what I wanted I even bought few things brought from Italy while I waited for My delicious 🤤 Little Nicky sandwich 🥪 which not only is so big I ate it for lunch and dinner 🍽️ is the best sandwich I've had in years ! I appreciate the stories of when it was established. I care so much for the excellent customer service and the way they run the place makes you feel like you step into a home! “Popped in this Irish bar after a recommendation by Prince who does the Go Hybrid NYC pedicab tours. It was a freezing cold day and was nice to enter a warm pub with friendly staff that knows how to run a good Irish pub! I had a few local beers and some loaded potato skins that were very nice!“

“Came here on NYE for a delicious dinner with my wife. The waiter recommended the picanha. It was delicious. We had some apps and a salad too. It was all terrific. We brought our own wine. They even gave us a dessert on the house. My wife is Dominican, so she was speak Spanish with the staff and other customers. Very inviting and friendly place. Will definitely return. “This place is amazing. I went here for a Valentine’s Day date and honestly it’s really surprising to see a restaurant keep up with the quality of service on this day but they did just that. The food was great, the truffle ravioli and short ribs were definitely the star of the show but personally I would skip the pistachio cheesecake. Everything else though was fantastic.“

“The other day I was in the Hudson Yards area and passed by Surma Sushi & Ramen and decided to stop in and check it out. I ordered a Deluxe Sashimi set and the Shrimp Tempura roll. Both items were good the Deluxe Sashimi had a variety of different fish. There was Fluke, Scallops, 3 kinds of Tuna and Salmon. The presentation of the Deluxe Sashimi and the Shrimp Tempura were much different than the plastic containers that Im used to having my sushi served in. The waitresses were very attentive with with water refills and making sure everything was ok with my food. Definitely stop by if you're in the area to have good sushi.“

“KAL Korean Food in Astoria is a great spot if you’re looking for solid Korean food at a really good value. They have a lunch special before 4 p.m. that’s only $15, which is honestly hard to beat for the amount of food you get. The portion sizes are very large, so you definitely won’t leave hungry.

We tried the tofu appetizer and it was surprisingly crunchy on the outside and very flavorful easily a standout. Everything came out fresh and satisfying. Overall, this is a spot I’d highly recommend, especially for lunch if you’re in the area.“
