So 1 -its gonna take a while for your order no matter how close you are or how small your order is, 2 -they dont have an unlimited supply of fresh rolls. When they run out what do you want them to tell everyone that calls or comes in they cant get a sandwich? 3-No one is perfect mistakes happen. You didnt get your side of sweet peppers? You’ll live. “Always great except when the younger staff is working, then there are constant issues. I order form here a few times a week and never run into any issues unless they are staffing the store. Today they made baseless accusations and were extremely rude. Unfortunate, given how great my experience has been when they are not working. I’ll probably explore other options moving forward. Sadly, it only takes one bad experience to never come back.“

“The sandwiches are good here. They did NOT honor their receipt policy if you do not receive a receipt at the time of purchase your Order FREE. I ordered two sandwiches and the total came to approximately $22 without a receipt. When I told the “manager” about it she told me she wasn’t going to give me the order for free. Even though the food is good, I’ll never go there again for anything ever, even if the food was free😔😔“
