“Our first time as we are visiting from out of town. Our server Cesar was so wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and had a charbroiled taste which we loved. We also had the Bavarian pretzels app special which was awesome!!!! Our drinks were also fantastic. This was a great choice for our 10th wedding anniversary. We’re so glad we found it. Highly recommend!!!!!!“

“Great pastrami sandwiches. I also tried the corned beef but didn't enjoy it as much. Corn3d beef wasn't bad just not as special as the pastrami.
Definitely stick to the pastrami.
Make sure you give yourself time. The line is long and they take their time with every customer. Very slow moving but worth the wait.“

“I always love coming here, but Kayla is officially my favorite server! From the moment we were seated, she was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure we had everything we needed, checked on us throughout our meal without being overbearing, and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Great customer service can really make a difference, and Kayla went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be asking for her the next time I come back. Thank you for such amazing service!“

“I came to Ruth’s Chris Steak House on April 18 for a 6 PM reserved dinner party. Overall, the experience was pretty smooth—service felt quick and getting seated was easy, which I appreciated for a group setting.
That said, the attentiveness could’ve been a bit better. Our waiter, Elizabeth (though the name tag said Kathleen), and the manager didn’t really check in on us throughout the meal as much as you’d expect at a place like this. It wasn’t terrible service, just not as engaging or attentive as it could’ve been.
Food-wise, my Lobster Mac & Cheese tasted really good at first. However, toward the end of the dish—literally the third-to-last bite—I found a large piece of lobster shell hidden in the food that I could’ve choked on. That was honestly concerning and took away from the experience.
One thing that also stood out was the condition of the space—there was a noticeable crack in the ceiling, and the dining area felt a bit too open, which took away from the upscale, intimate vibe you usually expect from Ruth’s Chris.
Overall, not a bad experience, but a few details kept it from feeling like a top-tier steakhouse visit.“

I got a cheesesteak, I’m from Philly I just hope the steak was a bit more chopped up but overall the taste every single thing in here was good. “This location is a Ecuadorian Family owned business, its a good spot to come get Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. “I go to this restaurant at least 2 times per month. Everything on the menu is great. Prices are cheaper than the other restaurants near by. Food is colombian but the owners are mexican but don't be fooled thinking that taste is not the same because it IS THE SAME TASTE OF COLOMBIAN FOOD. They do have customers parking in rear. Don't park across the street in the banks parking lot you will get towed as it happened to a friend of mine“

“So the ambiance and atmosphere here super dope and the staff is accommodating and very friendly however it just seems that there understaffed. Drinks took a bit long and when they came out they weren’t the right ones which was comped. Then they forgot an item we ordered for desert and accidentally threw away my food that I asked for to go. The server caught this mistake and comped us a whole pie but when I opened the box it’s a complete different pie.. so slightly disappointed there but I don’t think it’s the staffs fault I blame management. Aside from that tho Luke who was one of the servers was very polite and accommodating this place needs more Luke’s !“

“Friday afternoon we stopped by and I had the mist delicious chocolate martini ever . Diane was the bartender and she made it perfectly. We then had dinner , my hubby had the outlaw and was cooked exactly as he ordered it and I had the petite filet mignon. Perfect . Out waitress was outstanding . “I had the grilled chicken served with rice, beans, and fries. The chicken was perfectly seasoned—moist, tender, and full of flavor. The homemade lemonade, served by the pitcher, was fresh and delicious. At $23 for the meal, it was well worth the price. Highly recommend!“

“I ordered for dinner the ribeye steak and onion rings. Cooked medium, the steak was flavorful; I did not need any sauce at all. The place was clean and the staff attentive (it was a Wednesday night).The bill, surprisingly, did not include gratuity or tip. You pay either by card (small charge additional) or cash. The "downsides" are: no parking lot for diners as you park on the sides of the Avenue. There is also no alcohol (wine, beer or cocktails) served. I will bring my family here and recommend to friends.“
