We’ve been dining at The Front Porch regularly for the past 12 months and not only is the food creative and delicious (Asian fusion pub food, so YUMMY!), the staff is super friendly and the drinks are awesome. We’ve had almost everything on the menu and you won’t be disappointed.“

“We've been meaning to to try so many of the new restaurants in the area. We finally got here for a late lunch today. Not surprisingly on a Thursday at 2PM and snowing, we had the place to ourselves. It was fortunate because the woman who took care of us explained everything to us in detail. I wasn't familiar with the Kurobuta pork. Apparently it's known as the, "Kobe beef of pork." All their pork come from Berkshire pigs. They come from a farm in Jersey. I'm guessing North Jersey. (Lot's of cool info if you Google them) Cooking is done using White charcoal which is used in traditional Japanese cooking. We started with the crispy cauliflower. It had crispy shallots & tahini vinegarette on them. They were delicious! Then the Shanghai bao. Filling was pork. (naturally) So delicious and juicy! When you slice them in half watch for the juice to squirt! We ordered six skewers. Two with pork jowel (cheek) Two regular pork and two fish. Again, delicious. i also had a bowl of spicy miso ramen. Our server explained how the broth is simmered for eight hours with pig bones and marrow. I could tell as the broth was very rich! That was it for us. We were both very full and i even took half of my ramen. We can't wait to return and bring friends! Highly recommend! ✌️“

“I wish I took before pictures of our food. We stopped in after a very long day out and about and the food was so good that we left feeling energized. We got the ocean roll, pork buns, tonkotsu ramen and a spicy tuna onigiri. Everything was delicious!!

The ocean roll was fresh and tasty, the pork buns were just delicious, the ramen was so so amazing- the pork was tender, the broth was so flavorful and all the add ins just did wonders for the the flavor and the spicy tuna onigiri was hands down one of the best we’ve had.

The service was also great! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was on par and so cute! We cannot wait to come back and are so happy we found our new go to spot 🤗

“I had an unforgettable experience at Mamasushi Passaic. The waitress Karen was exceptional, super attentive and with the best recommendations for drinks and food. She even prepared the drinks herself! Without a doubt, one of the best services I have received at a restaurant in Passaic. The DJ also played great music and the entire team, from the other waiters to the hookers, was excellent. I will definitely return. If you visit, be sure to ask for Karen for the best service. Highly recommended!“

Now we discovered the Bao thing, we had never heard of it, they nailed it with both their chicken and pork with a peanut sauce, so f’ing good.“

We always get our order to go and even the way they package everything it's always professional. Sometimes sushi restaurants will cut the pieces too big or poorly package their orders, but this place always does the best job. This will ensure this location will be open for business if we are close to shutting down again.Our service here again today was excellent.
