“The music was very load and playing Rihanna. I don’t have a problem with her at all but it’s a Peruvian restaurant and was July 28th Peruvian Independence Day. I was expecting maybe some folklore something Peruvian. I asked the waitress to please lower the volume and she did but only a bit. I thanked her and at least we were able to conversarte. I asked for a big bottle Inca kola be side I saw they had some but I was told they can only serve small cans to the table. I think the place should offer the big bottles be side I had to arder like six cans and it’s bad for the environment.
None of these things are the waitresses fault. These are the owners rules.

“Absolute gem of a place to get Hispanic food. I’ve been coming here for so many years and their food hits the spot EVERY time! I’ve only ever tried their chaufa and chicken and it’s absolutely amazing. Their hot green sauce is hot so beware! Absolutely love this place and their drinks are a bit sweet but just a bit of water fixes the problem. The place is always packed, there was a time I went and the line was out till the door so definitely a popular spot amongst the people in the area. You will not be disappointed!“

​As for the food wow! I ordered the Bistec a lo Pobre, and it was executed perfectly. The steak was juicy and flavorful, the sweet plantains and fries were cooked to perfection, and topping it all off with that perfectly fried egg made every single bite amazing. It is pure comfort food done right.

“The restaurant has wonderful specials that come with entree, side, and a can of soda. There sides are not the average fries or rice but more exquisite like papa la huancaina and different types of sauces from green, the usual yellow, and orange.their lunch prices with all that was mentioned is only $15 which is an amazing price. The food was delicious and the helpful man that worked there offers their customers daily specials sent to you. Great customer service. The only downfall is looking for parking. Also if you don’t speak Spanish make sure you make use of a translation app.“

This has to be the best aji de gallina I’ve ever had here in the states, of course nothing can beat having it in Peru. The owner remembered my dad and that I was with him our first time coming to this restaurant. She even remembered exactly what I ordered! “
